Mitchell
Mitchell, who eventually served me when he could at Cambridge shop on the afternoon of 6th Oct, was excellent. The other two lazy, ignorant members of staff who were in work avoidance mode made it a below par experience. I could clearly hear both chatting out the back after Mitchell had asked one of them to serve me. Whilst I was waiting one member of staff even walked through the shop to go outside and make a phone call and saw me waiting, but chose to completely ignore me. When Mitchell finished serving the customer he was dealing with me he immediately started serving me. Mitchell should get a good review but the overall experience wasn’t up to the usual high standards due to his poor performing colleagues.

Imagine being a non-runner but someone…
Imagine being a non-runner but someone who realises the benefits plus has to maintain a level of fitness for work. So you grind the miles out because you have to but you are getting on a bit and the grind gets harder and the body hurts more each time.
You finally make the choice to invest in yourself and ask for help. Enter advance performance at Peterborough. More specifically Simon who without out judgement and a friendly face puts me through my paces. The gait analysis is amazing. You know things are not right but you don’t look at your feet when you run. Boy were things not right I was over pronating something rotten and I never knew. But then I just ran in generic gym trainers that just felt comfy.
So next step trying on shoes to help correct this. It was clear Simon knew what he was talking about as the difference in the first pair was amazing. So three pairs later and a run outside I had the shoes I needed and wanted. In life you normally get one or the other but I was lucky to get both. Thank you Simon.

You sent the wrong colour running shoes
I didn't return as they were the correct size.
But disappointing though as I could have bought these shoes in this colour cheaper elsewhere.

Great shoes, great service, great stores.
Firstly I ordered the wrong size and thought I also ordered the wrong shoe! ( I know!)
Phoned up on a Saturday and the phone was answered very quickly by a real person!
After telling the sales staff what was wrong and ascertained that there was a pair of the right shoes at the Cambridge store, I decided to take the shoes back there. Shoes had been put aside, I tried the new shoes on and they were fine. Great service also great price for the shoes, staff have great knowledge of their products. I’ll definitely go back there and I’ll also recommend the store to others. Thank you.
