Excellent service, exceptional staff
From the initial call, to taking the photos, booking the collection, providing a courtesy car, doing the repair and delivering my car back to me.. the whole team were exceptional.. friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Repair was completed within the 5 days originally advised, and far cleaner than when they picked it up!! Have a 3 year warranty on the repair too!! Thoroughly recommend - thank you Paul 😜

Great service from all or your team, from collection to redelivery. Car was returned and looked amazing, after having two accidents in 4 months, neither, I add, were my fault. Was so easy to deal with your team, especially Simon who was always available and kept me up to date on progress. Emily was also a little star. Thank you guys

We brought our car in with a major side…
We brought our car in with a major side panel rotting issue. This was solved allowing us to keep our car running for a few more years. The staff were fantastic. Every opportunity was taken to keep costs low. They even arranged to take it for its MOT which we passed as a result. It was beautifully valeted. I cannot speak too highly of their customer care. Our car was not an expensive model, but in difficult economic times they worked hard to ensure we could keep it going without refusing the job or hiking costs. If you need a job doing, do not hesitate to use them. Absolutely excellent.

I damaged my car at the side rear on both sides,scraping the paint.
AD Williams repaired and painted the problem to a first class job
I couldn't have been more pleased,you wouldn't even know where the damage was.
And they even Finished the job professionally by cleaning my car inside and out

I wish I could rate them higher!
I wish I could rate them higher!! Amazing customer service, everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and caring. They dealt with my situation incredibly quickly and answered any query I had. They made the experience as smooth as it could be and fixed my car within the time frame they gave. I was given a great courtesy car and they did the absolute most to help. I can’t fault them in any way my car looked brand new after and I’m so grateful to them for going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

Communication was excellent and it was easy to provide the information needed for the repair. Our car was collected on the Wednesday and back fully repaired by the Friday. An excellent service from the staff in the office to the drivers delivering and collecting the cars.
