Prompt,efficient great service.Great Product.

One of the zips lost its track because a small piece of thread was sticking out while I was closing it. I tried fixing it on my own but the zip tracks wouldn't close. Took it to a cobbler and handyman who was also surprised that it could not be fixed.

Ultimately, I wrote to customer service through their website form explaining my situation.

They replied the next day via email, offered some suggestions to fix it, but that did not work either. I sent photos of the issue to the email.

They apologised and sent a replacement bag which I received within the week in Singapore.

The service officer's name was Jovan. A big thank you for resolving the issue.

Delivery was quick. The little air pump is very powerful for its size and very easy to use. The bags compacted my travel gear effectively. One of the bags didn't work properly and was replaced promptly under the lifetime warranty with no problems. Overall a great product and excellent back up service

I am unable to track my order that was placed 2 weeks ago as the site is unable to open. I ordered through apple cash and there is no way to dispute or get a refund. When I try to contact there is no site available for customer service or my order status

The bags are super! My husband could pack more clothes than usual! I recommend them. They are much better than the cheap bags from Amazon and you don’t need a vacuum cleaner.

Looking forward to receiving and using these bags on an upcoming trip. My friends love them. Additionally their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

I can only speak for the customer service and communication. (Backstory:bought this for a trip in a month, knew i was moving so thought id buy this ahead of both. Because it took longer than expected, i reached out them to ask for them to hold the package or delay sending since i didnt have a forwarding address yet). Once i reached out, they were apologetic about not being able to delay delivery but offered to send me a replacement, totally unprompted and on a weekend. I understand shipping can take time, l think weve become skewed with prime/2-day shipping. I dont see long ship times as a reflection on the company. Im still excited to try this product and add it my travel gear

I've just placed my order for the Aerless™ Vacuum Kit 2 pack from the UK. After a good deal of research, I chose this product as felt reassured that it has a Rechargeable air pump, Waterproof anti-rip nylon, 100 day hassle-free return, and of course, the lifetime warranty. The latter shows that the brand has every confidence in the standard and quality of their product. I'm impressed with the service so far and am looking forward to receiving it.

I bought these for an upcoming 2 week trip to Europe where we only want to bring a carry-on each. I love outfit options & we’re going for a wedding, so I was very skeptical that I could even manage this with how much I usually overpack. I’ve already test packed my luggage using a 2 set of these packing kits and was totally blown away with how much extra space it allows me to have! Using just 2 of the packs on each side of my carryon, I was able to flatten down 27+ different clothing items (9 tops, 8 bottoms including 2 pairs of bulky jeans, 3 outer layers/bulky jacket, bathing suit, wedding guest dress & all undergarments)!! I was shocked when I saw that all of that flattened to just half the height of what my carry-on luggage space allowed. With these bags I have plenty of room for a pair of heels I’ll wear to the wedding, an extra pair of Teva sandals & all toiletries! It’s honestly like magic and extremely satisfying watching it compress. The vacuum pump is also super compact so I won’t have any trouble keeping it handy in my carryon or purse and recharging through usb even with universal converter when abroad. I’ve kept them packed of for a week now to see how long they stay compressed and so far they are still just as compressed as when I first put them in so definitely airtight! After taking the clothes out they are a little wrinkled but that’s to be expected and I have found a technique that helps avoid as much creasing as possible! I probably have enough room to bring a small travel steamer with me if I really wanted to but will probably just use hotel irons as needed. The clothes don’t smell bad or plastic-y at all, which was another happy surprise! Lastly, since these packs are waterproof, I am really happy to avoid issues with condensation or rain on my bag making my close wet/damp, which I’ve dealt with the past & was not fun. The zipper is super sturdy and seals extremely well.

I went a little crazy and ordered every color option available (Clear, Grey & Dark Gery) just to test which I liked & all items that arrived were exceptionally well made. The clear was nice to be able to see what I stuffed into each bag but the material is definitely a little different than the other 2 opaque options. It felt a little sticky(?) when I added clothes in, whereas the other 2 options have a very smooth finish and in my option are easier to pack.

I bought a few extras for our backpacks, which we’ll bring empty so we can buy stuff while there and compress down to fit!

They are honestly so nice, I bought a few extras to give as gift for my family since we’re all avid travelers and hate waiting for check bags! Plus lugging a hug check bag through Europe is the worst - I know from experience! Would highly recommend these to anyone!

My last point in this long review is that customer service has been an absolute dream to work with. I had a few question about return/refunds/exchanges & they were super quick to respond and very helpful working with me to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely a great company who values the customer’s feedback!

I had a bag that broke. I contacted customer service and I was able to get it replaced and shipping confirmation with in 24 hrs. The product is great.

Rick is prompt and was NOT PUSHY. He took time to actually answer my questions. I was in awe when wife and I packed for a trip and only used 1 suitcase instead of the normal 2. I shoved my clothes in my airless bag and she packed more neatly and there was a big difference( pack neatly) her way is better don't tell her i said that.... we ended up only using 1 suitcase and still had room for her extra pair of shoes. Even less worry knowing I had to keep track of just 1 suitcase not 2-3. Dog

While looking online to place an order, we noticed what we appeared to be a difference in the price of the 4 pack to the price that appeared at time of checkout.. We instantly opened a chat window to verify the details so that we would get in on the discounted price. Help received via the online chat. We placed our order and the next day we received an email from customer support member apologizing for the delay while on line and offered us an additional discount code. We replied back indicating that the order had already been placed and stated that if they could apply the value of the discount as a credit towards the order that would be greatly appreciated…email received back stating they would take care of this for us.. Customer service has been great.

Do not buy from this company.

I placed my order on July 7. After reading numerous reviews about the lengthy shipping times, I realized the product would not arrive before I left for Europe on July 18.

I contacted customer support immediately. They told me they could not cancel the order, but because it would not arrive in time, they would issue me a full refund once it arrived. I have that email.

When I checked the tracking, it showed that a shipping label had been created, but the package had not meaningfully progressed. Based on my experience with shipments from China, simply creating a label does not mean the item is actually on its way.

I contacted the company again to cancel the order. Instead of honoring what I had previously been told, I received an email from Joven stating that if I disputed the charge with my credit card company, they would fight the dispute.

Their website advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that has not been my experience. Because they did not honor the refund commitment that was made to me, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and submitted the emails, tracking history, and screenshots of their advertising.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Went in a month holiday with family. We used 7 bags.. yes indeed they pack and unpack well. Because I could get so many articles of clothing. I did overpack and my suitcase was overweight by 2 kilos on first class So be aware. If you are a clothes addict like myself. This can happen.. customer service is amazing I had one defective pump and contacted them The response was excellent. They already sent my pump and a bag are on there way.

I ordered 4 pieces first time, 2 pieces second time. 4 pieces worked well, 2 pieces neither one was working. But they offered me immediately to ship me new ones. Very nice and helpful staff.
