¡Early contact, before we arrive, the driver, she was also in contact and always open to serve, explain and have a great conversation, safety always was her priority, very good service!

Abdul contacted us as soon as we landed and was waiting outside. Very smooth transfer, no problem. Abdul was extremely friendly and courteous. Would recommend the service any time. Great experience. Thank you.

Pickup at the airport was very good. Driver was waiting on time. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. However she did not take us to the hotel but dropped us off a couple of blocks away and we had to walk with our luggage on cobblestone streets through crowds of people. We were not happy about that.

I found the driver immediately as soon as I picked up my luggage. He clearly explained where the pickup point was, which made everything very easy. The driver was professional, and the car was clean. It’s a great company to book with for airport transfers—highly recommended.

Had to wait 20 minutes after we collected our luggage. The driver sent a message she was in the toilet. The reason we booked a taxi was to be stress free on arrival to a new country.
