Update 6/11 - after this review posted they commented with yet another email (not listed on their site). I reached out and they are blaming another company (sleeper). No resolution.

Extremely sketchy. There is no working number for this company. The only reason I am involved with them is through a sports betting app. I deposited money with no issue and the money came out of my account. I won the bet and was never paid. The remaining account balance went to $0. The app customer support said it’s an aeropay issue and I’ve been trying to get a response from them for 2 weeks now. I would not trust these ass clowns with anything.

Is there anything lower than a 1? Probably the worst support ever. Can’t withdraw, but they’ll process your deposit ASAP. Sound familiar?

For a financial institution, this is terrible customer service! They have held my money (1000$) captive for over 3 weeks now and the email support is highly unreliable.
They asked for verification documents, I gave it to them then they claim to have resolved my issue but then they still hit with the additional verification again and now support does not text back and claim they have to reach out to their own payment processor to rectify the issue

Any platform that uses aeropay is a scam and they are trying to defraud you of your money

Worked well until it didnt. Had no problems with them for over a year, but then I bought from a store that wasn't my regular one and they basically froze the account without a coherent error message or anything telling me how to resolve the problem. I contacted support who took about a day to respond each time and got asked to send them extremely sensitive info like my bank account number via e-mail with no secure form to enter it into, which the first agent could read and then escalate it to another agent to also read.

Long story short anyone can make a website, I regret ever creating an account with info that they clearly don't care about keeping secure and I'll be using cash from now on.

The moment they say your case is being “escalated to the escalation/specialized team,” you basically get stuck in an endless cycle of robotic responses. They’ll ask for bank statements, billing information, IDs, and verification documents, then later ask for the same information all over again.

There’s no actual timeframe for resolution, and every reply feels copied and pasted. You’ll constantly be told your issue was “sent to the escalation team,” but nothing actually changes.

They tell you to email AeroPaySupport, AeroPay support says it’s escalated, and eventually the “resolution team” emails asking for documentation you already submitted. It becomes the same cycle over and over.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Aeropay. Their customer service is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over 3 weeks, sending emails constantly, and I still haven’t received any real help or response.

It’s extremely frustrating dealing with a company that handles your money but doesn’t have reliable support. There’s no clear way to talk to a real person, no phone number, and when you do reach out, it feels like your messages just get ignored.

What makes it worse is that I’m not the only one dealing with this. Many users report the same issue—slow responses, unhelpful replies, or no response at all, especially when it comes to withdrawals or account problems.

At the end of the day, if a company is dealing with people’s money, customer service should be a priority—and Aeropay is completely failing at that. Until they fix their support system, I wouldn’t recommend using them.

Slowest way to get your money paid to you. Plaid is 10x as fast and the support is actually helpful

I’ve been dealing with slow support which is only available through email because they suspended my account with no notice or anything to let me know it was suspended. I had to find out from the sports book that they suspended my account. They told me my withdraw failed because I tried to deposit to my mother’s account but when I tried to deposit to my own it still failed. I am on my 3rd day of trying to withdraw my winnings and aeropay takes years to email back. It’s very frustrating.

Supposedly they are faster than ach but if i had used ach i would have had my deposit already. Trash service. Never using again

They asked me to provide proof of my marriage license to be able to access money from my own accounts?? So strange. I did not send them anything!

I believe this company works with casino apps to prevent withdrawals for meticulous reasons if they can find one.

If one bank doesn't work, link a different bank.

Customer support does not exist. You deal with peoples money. You need customer support. Terrible. Do not use

Received a message stating my deposit “would land next business day” well it’s next business day at almost 5pm and my bank is telling me I have no pending deposits! So I contact Aeropay by email since you can’t call them and they say 3-5 business days!!! Why lie and tell me next business day?? Terrible customer service and joke of a company!
