There was a misdelivery, but they were ready immediately to refund or replace. Fortunately, the person who received my package got it to me quickly, problem solved. But I appreciated the responsive customer service.

They are sending the test strips that are on the auto ship form. I do wish that I was notified longer than a few days before shipping. I do not check my email every day. I check my e-mail every 7-10 days.
