A perfect trip
Liesl, our safari guru, listened to what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend, and put together a fabulous safari and beach vacation. It was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend her and African Safari Consultants. I will definitely call on them and Liesl for our next safari.

Perfect! Nothing could have been done better.
In early 2024, African Safari Consultants, and specifically Ilze Fox, assisted my wife and me in arranging an October 3-17 trip to S. Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. Ilze was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Not only was she very knowledgeable and responsive, but she put together a mostly private trip that exactly met our needs and expectations.
In addition, she was patient in responding to the many questions and minor tweaks to the itinerary that my wife and I requested in the months leading up to the trip.
Several of our friends have expressed interest in doing safaris, and we will be strongly recommending ASC, and Ilze in particular.
I also want to acknowledge Charlie Ratcliffe, the private guide Ilze chose for us on the last leg of our trip in Cape Town. Charlie was a consummate professional, with deep, almost professorial, knowledge of the local area, flora and fauna. Not only did we learn a lot in our 3 days with Charlie, but he's got a great personality and is just plain fun to be around.

Exceptional African safari experiences
This was our 7th visit to Africa, all of which were organised by Ilze Fox based on our wishes and her recommendations. Her prompt replies and attention to detail were without peer. Every trip was exceptional and there were no problems with any of the many lodges or the numerous transport schedules involved. We were always notified immediately of any minor changes in flight or pickup times. For anyone wanting a wonderful safari experience, we highly recommend Ilze and African Safari Consultants.

Amazing Apes in Uganda
Ilze planned a wonderful and unforgettable holiday experience for us. She listened to our needs and organised a spectacular itinerary. The accomodation was amazing throughout and the animal sightings and experiences were breathtaking. We cannot recommend African Safari consultants highly enough. We will certainly be planning more trips with them.

Great Experience with Daisy and Ilze
Daisy and Ilze who helped put our itineray together were very helpful, listened to our requirements, made great suggestions, were accomodating when we had to make changes and even for needs outside of the safari they had contacts and others who could provide the service. All in all, a great experience working with them. The safari, of course, was fantastic!

Camille planned a multi-stop complicated trip for our family (based on our request).

African Safari Consultants was…
African Safari Consultants was recommended to me by an associate. At short notice a safari trip organised and prepaid for with an alternative agency was cancelled. I contacted ASC and was put in touch with Ilze Fox as a consultant. What she put together in such a short time frame was exceptional. The travel arrangements, (at 4am on one occasion), transfers and air tickets were seamless. The choice of game parks which included Fugative's Drift were exactly what I and my wife were looking for.
I would definitely recommend African Safari Consultants to anyone looking at travel in South Africa

Africa once more
This was our second visit to Africa and both times we have used Southern Destinations. All our dealings have been with the same agent, and she has been extremely helpful in designing a safari that suits our needs. I cannot imagine switching to any other agency and agent. In both of our trips, we were never left in any doubt as to what to expect at any stage during our holiday. We are thinking of our next safari and our agent will hear from us soon.

I enjoyed every bit of my time in Africa thanks to this touring company. I have also loved their accommodation suites and the touring sites they subscribe to. Kenya and South Africa were my ultimately enjoyed sites and I can't wait to go to Africa once more. I strongly recommend Africa Safari consultants.

For our honeymoon and first safari experience in Tanzania, we decided to trust African Consultants LLC and it was definitely the correct choice.
From the very beginning, the experience is fully tailored to your needs. They provided their expertise regarding the best parks to visit and the places to stay. Any questions that we had were promptly responded via email, phone call or whatsapp.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, the experience was very seamless. Everything was precoordinated in advance and there were no delays or issues whatsoever. We would definitely recommend!!
