African Safari Consultants LLC Opiniões

Camille planned a multi-stop complicated trip for our family (based on our request).
Everything was seamless. The transport, the tours, the guides the accommodations the restaurants were all well above our expectations. We are so grateful for this trip of a lifetime and the many memories our family will have.

African Safari Consultants was recommended to me by an associate. At short notice a safari trip organised and prepaid for with an alternative agency was cancelled. I contacted ASC and was put in touch with Ilze Fox as a consultant. What she put together in such a short time frame was exceptional. The travel arrangements, (at 4am on one occasion), transfers and air tickets were seamless. The choice of game parks which included Fugative's Drift were exactly what I and my wife were looking for.
I would definitely recommend African Safari Consultants to anyone looking at travel in South Africa

This was our second visit to Africa and both times we have used Southern Destinations. All our dealings have been with the same agent, and she has been extremely helpful in designing a safari that suits our needs. I cannot imagine switching to any other agency and agent. In both of our trips, we were never left in any doubt as to what to expect at any stage during our holiday. We are thinking of our next safari and our agent will hear from us soon.

I enjoyed every bit of my time in Africa thanks to this touring company. I have also loved their accommodation suites and the touring sites they subscribe to. Kenya and South Africa were my ultimately enjoyed sites and I can't wait to go to Africa once more. I strongly recommend Africa Safari consultants.

Every detail of our trip was delightful and perfectly planned thanks to Ilze Fox. It fulfilled my lifetime longing to return to Kenya where I’d lived as a child. We also dearly loved Tanzania and South Africa, and can’t wait to go back!

For our honeymoon and first safari experience in Tanzania, we decided to trust African Consultants LLC and it was definitely the correct choice.
From the very beginning, the experience is fully tailored to your needs. They provided their expertise regarding the best parks to visit and the places to stay. Any questions that we had were promptly responded via email, phone call or whatsapp.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, the experience was very seamless. Everything was precoordinated in advance and there were no delays or issues whatsoever. We would definitely recommend!!

Liesl booked us in awesome places and having never been on safari before, she created a variety of country experiences that made the trip remarkably memorable.

Unfortunately, one of the properties was in disrepair, food inadequate, and guide inexperienced. Liesl contacted the property and is obtaining us a partial refund which we very much appreciate.

Ilze Fox came with a strong recommendation from one of our friend when we are planning for African Safari and we can now second that wholeheartedly as we have completed the trip. African Safari Consultants worked with us to iterate on the itineraries during the planning phase, advised us on the time, travel model and stay. Throughout the time, they kept us updated on the logistics and any changes. From airport pickup on day 1 to the drop off on Day 11, it went really well and our family enjoyed the whole trip thanks to the detailed planning by African Safari Consultants.

Liesl planned our trip to Africa and it was perfect. From the initial correspondence to the presentation of our itinerary, everything was on point, professional, so nice and just awesome! She helped make my first trip to Africa totally unforgettable. I will always recommend her to make travel arrangements!

Liesl and team were fantastic. Super responsive with details and ideas. The trip was flawless and great communication.

Daisy was fantastic! She thought of every detail and planned our amazing trip to Southern Africa (Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa). Everything was perfect. Daisy communicated well and delivered a trip that will live in our memories forever!

Our 16 day trip to St Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe
and Kenya was 13 years in the making and waiting and it exceeded all expectations. We had the good fortune of meeting Camille 13 years ago when we first booked our trip from Australia but had to cancel due to a family illness. Now living in London and with a milestone birthday to celebrate we decided to revisit our itinerary and reached out to African Safari Consultants again and were delighted when Camille replied. We reworked and fine-tuned the itinerary and were like excited children when we left London a few weeks ago for Cape Town to start the trip. The entire trip thanks to Camille's planning and advice was seamless. The quality of the accommodation and experiences were all excellent and every guide, driver, and staff from managers to chefs, wait and cleaning staff were a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The safaris and skill of the guides were the highlight, including one heart in our mouth experience at Gomoti, but the variety of experiences, terrain and wildlife which we enjoyed in Botswana and Kenya has us yearning for more. The circle of life on full display WOW WOW WOW. Thank you for everything Camille

Our experience was flawless from the gentlemen who met us when our planes arrived, our drivers, our flights between camps and the assistance we received going through customs. The staff at all the camps and the Saxon Hotel were genuinely interested in making our stays the best they could be. I would recommend African Safari Consultants to anyone interested in a first class safari experience.

We again had a superb stay at Londolozi in Sabi Sand wildtuin. We always stay at Tree Camp because of the staff, location, and amenities. Our entire trip - from arrival at and departure from O R Tambo, to the stay at the sumptuous Intercontinental hotel, to transport to and fro, to flying FederalAir for the first time, to our 16 day stay in Tree Camp -- everything was perfect. We surely are blessed to have Liesl as our safari guru!

Having never used a travel agent before, this was all new to me. I have been to almost 30 countries and done the itineraries myself, but something as big as African safari was not something I could do alone. I randomly came across ASC, more specifically, Camille, and she was instantly super helpful and answered all of my questions immediately, which led me to believe she was going to be the best option, and she was! I just came home from my Tanzanian African safari and I cannot begin to describe the adventure that my sister and I embarked on. It was magnificent. The animals were everywhere! The company that we were connected with in Tanzania were very very safe, been in the industry ages, and knew so much about the animals, national parks, and very friendly. The lodges that were apart of the safari were amazing!! Food was spectacular, just everything.
Literally before I even made it home I emailed Camille to ask her about my next African adventures as I want to go back.

Thank you team!! Lifelong customer here.

First of all, great recommendations based on our input and requirements, all 3 lodges were perfect for us. Daisy was also incredibly helpful, no matter if it was in a Friday evening or in the weekend, she was always ready to assist us and solve our problems. We could not have asked for better service, it was all fabulous! Thank you Daisy, we will be back!

I met Liesl Matthews with African Safari Consultants in 2021 (via email) when my boss was planning his 2022 trip to East Africa. International travel was just starting again and there were still a lot of hoops to jump through. I can not say enough great things about Liesl's knowledge and attention to every detail of the trip. She answered every question, guided me through the process to attain visas and all the requirements needed to travel and there were many.
Again, planning the 2023 trip to South Africa, Liesl was amazing and took great care in planning a wonderful itinerary. She truly aspires to make the trips an experience of a lifetime for family and friends traveling together.

We are a family of 17 who travel extensively and have been looking forward to celebrating our dad's 80th birthday in Africa. After postponing the trip for 3 years due to covid, we finally went and had the most amazing trip any of us have ever been on. Daisy DuPlessis was the most wonderful travel agent we ever worked with. She helped us plan the countries we visited and the sites we wanted to see, all while staying within our budget and time frame. As none of us have ever been to Africa, she helped break it down for us logistically as to what we should see and how to get from place to place. Every hotel was beautiful, and every day we said "this can't get any better" but unbelievably it did. She arranged for everything and each guide was better than the next. Even when we lost some of our luggage on one of the internal flights, she took care of it for us. She answered every email, phone call and text message in a timely manner (and with 17 people, there were a lot of them), all the while being so sweet and accommodating. We all cannot wait to get back to Africa because there is so much more to see but when we do, we will definitely be reaching out to Daisy and African Safari Consultants.

African Safari agent Camille did an amazing job coordinating all details of our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe! Our transfers were all arranged and were seamless, the air flights were all in place. Our accommodations were top notch and were in our price range. We were traveling to a different continent (US to Africa) with elderly parents and 3 kids and having everything go smooth was amazing. I would absolutely recommend working with this company.

There aren't enough positive words to describe how we felt about Daisy. She helped plan our family trip to Africa and was available to everyone whenever we had a question. With 17 of us traveling there were a lot of logistics and Daisy handled them all. When COVID hit, we had to postpone from 2020 to 2023. She was patient and helpful from day 1. Daisy worked with my cousin to plan this once in a lifetime trip and we couldn't have been happier. When my mom and I wanted to add on the Seychelles, she helped with that too. I gave her a budget and what we wanted from the trip and she provided choices of accomodations and flights and everything else. When there were hiccups... Lost luggage, time changes, even little things.... Daisy was available and corrected the issues. Luggage was delivered to where we were staying and we didn't have to do a thing. I must have e-mailed Daisy 100 times within the few months leading up to our trip and she always responded with the answers and kind words. Daisy took the worry out of this trip and allowed us to enjoy every minute. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that is even considering heading to Africa. Her knowledge of all areas in Africa and her willingness to work within your budget makes her an asset to all. I miss talking to Daisy!!
