I have used AMPL service multipe time in demostice transfer and with that experience i used it for internationational shipment as well. Experience remains same. All items were packed nicely and delivered safely. They have a complete professional team who keep up their standards from pickup to delivery. My all queries were responded promptly by cordinator Mr. Abhishek which made me worry less throughout the transit.

I have moved innumerable times both within the country as well as across continents. Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. is probably one of the best moving companies that I have dealt with .Each and every one of their team members starting from the point of survey of goods to be packed, to their packers as well as their co-coordinator Abhishek is helpful, polite, courteous and extremely responsive. While the service for pickup was hassle free, communication post pick up could have been more prompt.

Unprofessional just big talks, cannot do surveys on time and pass the blame to each other. Call center staff has no coordination. First impression last impression.

We moved our furniture from Mumbai to Singapore. And received the stuff in good time and very good condition. Packaging was excellent, and the movers at both the points were good !! I had engaged APML for movement of houshold goods and car from GGN to BLR. The quality of packing of household goods left a lot to be desired. The electronic goods like speakers, music systems were being packed into boxes without any wrapping done. The crew that had come for packing was pretty inexperienced. Their primary motive was saving packing material. The relationship manager assigned did not pick up calls and do not bother to respond. When called on 9300300300, one agent will transfer to another and then to another. Wen asked to speak with their manager, the manager was always unavailable. Same experience with car transfer. Car did not move for 3 days after pickup and no correct reason was provided for the delay. I received multiple reasons from multiple call centre folks. The relationship manager in this case too did not respond to the calls.

Scamsters. Avoid using this company despite the reputation that they have. They are unprofessional, they lie, they cheat and will abuse your trust. Never ever pay the full amount upfront. I sent a huge consignment with this organization on the 18th of December. We had agreed to the truck reaching the pick up point at 6am. Until 8am there was no sign of the truck.

I had organized the laborers and the crane from 6 am and i was paying them by the hour. Their incredibly inept and rude RM Reena Singh stopped accepting calls for 30 minutes when I was trying to figure out where their truck was. Finally she tells me that she has a life of her own. This while the truck that was committed to be at the arrival spot at 6 am was nowehere to be seen. Then they tried to pin the blame on me that the driver had to pay 2500 as a fine to the cops.

We agreed to a 10pm pick up the same evening. The truck that was supposed to pick up the consignment was a 32 footer open bed. The trucker as usual stopped picking up the phone, was nowehere to be seen and they sent a CLOSED 9MT 32 footer at 12:30am. That sorry excuse of an RM Reena Singh started throwing orders at me to figure out the location of the driver and get back to her. Imagine throwing orders at the customer to get your own company's employee's coordinates. I finally told her that this is your employee, you need to figure this out. She retorts that 'Yeh to bhalai ka zamana hee nahin raha' and cuts the call.

Finally I get another inept and incredibly corrupt RM called Supriya Phapaale. She said that they're sending me a 24 footer open bed. I told her that I had paid for a 32 footer. She agreed to reimburse me Rs 5000/- (the difference in price between a 32 footer and 24 footer is HUGE. Approximately 20000/-). They refused to reimburse the Rs 20000/-

It's been a week and I have yet to see a shred of my money. When I demanded the money, they started accusing me of being rude. Yes I was rude. Very rude. How else would you like me to be when you're trying to take customers for a huge ride? I have all the documentation to back up what I have written. Recorded every call. I could have gone legal with this. But quite honestly, this is the first and last time I ever give these scoundrels any of my business. Be very very careful of your dealings with them. They lie, they will steal and they literally have no control of the very people they employ. Yes, they don't know where their own employees are. It is that poorly managed.

Imagine throwing attitude and defrauding a customer when there is so much competition around. I am sure there are better players in this space with greater levels of integrity. Caveat Emptor.

APML has provided a great service in moving my goods from India to Saudi. They had a clear & systemstic plan in place for International shipments, and follow ups with customer at every stage of shipment process was really impressive. Special thanks to Mr. Francis for his commitment towards customer satisfaction.

We had a great experience with Agarwal Packers. The movers came precisely on time on delivery day, brought their own material to adapt to our society’s logistical constraints and were very efficient and helpful transferring and emptying our boxes as per our special instructions. A special thank you also to Mrs Pranali for coordinating all these moves and doing her best to accommodate our practical needs. We definitely recommend this company and would use their services again.

Packing experience was really good, they came and quickly packed everything, In terms of delivery, it was on time and I was getting regular updates for it, but I was supposed to receive the call for the delivery and I did not and they just left the stuff near the door which was a bit disappointing but overall a good experience.

The packing expertise was great. They knew how to fit into the boxes and they were very professional. Although, there was minor damage to a vessel and a toy. Deepa was very helpful in giving me timely updates about the shipment despite of her ill health. Overall good experience with APML

The Manager at Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd., Mr. Francis is very polite, prompt and responsive to our queries and doubts at the time of taking stock, offering a quote and communication.
The packaging team supervisor and his team of workers were punctual, neat and completed their work swiftly and efficiently.
The packaging materials and careful handling of items are good. They cleaned up later leaving no residual items.

The services which provided by Francis with Agarwal and Packers Movers Ltd. Was amazing. Francis was on-time, honest and trustworthy. He was exact at the time and has delivered all the packages with utmost care and safety. All his teammates were also very much supportive. Manjula from Chennai too, has co-ordinated well in dispatching the container from Chennai to Hyderabad. Overall delivery smooth from Chennai to Hyderabad.

The delivery of items took 4-5 days extra, but still I would recommend APML for both domestic and international logistics transportation!

I've used Agarwal Packers and Movers for more than 2 decades both for domestic and international moving. Their team is extremely professional, responsive and transparent. From quote to packing, moving, customs clearance, delivery and unpacking...they kept us informed at every stage. In few instances where we had breakage of a few items they worked swiftly on the insurance claim as well. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them!
