I hired Agarwal packers to move my goods from Malaysia to India and then to new Chandigarh Mohali.As it was my first experience with this process I was a bit uncertain ,but these guys helped and did a very professional job. In Kuala lumpur I met Mr Mukundan ,local incharge, who heard me patiently, sorted out my concerns and arranged to pick luggage from my home -in town of Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia.
Once goods reached India, from New Delhi Punit Sanwariya explained the further process of custom clearance etc. He did all handholding till my boxes and passport reached me safely His sense of responsibilty was also very reassuring .
Overall I am pretty satisfied with this firm -thanks for job done well

Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. (APML) in collaboration with DHL successfully delivered the parcel to my residence in abroad.
I would like to specifically thank Abhishek (the International coordinator of APML) who constantly was running from pillar to post to ensure that I receive my parcel/ courier timely and in safe condition.
Abhishek is a bright and sincere prospect for whom I must request APML to keep a special eye on him and train/ recommend him for next level positions in the company as well as reward him as per company's policy.

I had my move booked via Agarwal Packers Movers LTD from USA to Hyderabad. I had a great experience right from the time the shipment arrived in India to customs clearance to delivering those at home and unpacking. Francis and Chandrakanth were of great help throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. did an excellent job with my international move from the US to India. They have an amazing team especially in India for handling international shipments. Francis and Chandrakanth provided exceptional care and accountability of our goods. They communicated clearly and proactively with transparency about each step in the process. They were always available, polite and professional. Although, I met Francis only once, he handled everything as if it was his own. There is room for improvement for the team in the US. We felt like they could be bit more proactive on following up and informing us on the next steps. The packing and loading team definitely could have been better. We had some hiccups, but Satya handled them well and made the biggest move of our lifetime go well. Overall, I would give 5 stars especially because the team in India went above and beyond and made me feel confident in them handling our shipment.

I had a decent experience with APML international from US (Pittsburgh) to India (Ahmedabad).
The US team was fantastic, I had Satya as my point of contact. He arranged pickup via FedEx very quickly, and I i kept adding more boxes till the last minute as I was packing more and moving out. But he was very cooperative. I used Home depot boxes, however FedEx was refusing to accept them as those are moving boxes and not shipping. I had to really plead to convince them, so confirm with FedEx before you pack.
The packages arrived with basic wear and tear on the outside, and very minor damage instead.

But a few drawbacks, mainly with the Indian team.

1. Duration was advertised as 100 days door to door but it took 130 days, so almost a month extra. APML provided a tracking link till it reaches Indian port. It was supposed to reach on 30th Aug, I shipped on 6th June. It did reach Navi Mumbai on 30th Aug.

2. I didn't get much updates from the Indian team. Infact I had to email/call/followup way too much get any sort of estimated date of arrival to my residence. The shipment landed in Mumbai on 30th August but I got it in Ahmedabad on 9th October, while customs clearance was finished on 24th September. This is exactly the time frame when you would expect timely updates, but the Indian team wasn't very prompt. I finally had to give an ultimatum that I needed it by 10th October and they delivered on 9th October.

3. Another huge issue that I faced was the lack of information or information not being provided in a timely manner. For example the fact that you need to physically send your passport to them at the time it arrives in Indian port was not mentioned beforehand by either country team. This was informed to me four days AFTER it arrived at Navi Mumbai port, not even a day before. People have travel plans, in fact I did and wasn't in town so couldn't send in the passport to them as quickly as it was needed.

4. This relates to the second problem. There is either a 4 day holding period at port or 15 days period, during which you don't incur the holding charges. Which kind was applicable for my shipment was again never informed to me by either country team.
Even though shipment arrived on 30th Aug at the port, the Indian team reached out the first time with customs documents EOD of 2nd Sept so effectively they utilised 3 of the free days.

It's a long distance so overall it's okay, I'm glad I received my stuff in decent condition. And the costs are reasonable. Just the lack of communication is a bit tiring, as I couldn't plan ahead or well for it.

APML handled my move from the Netherlands to India really well. All items arrived safely and in good condition. Their prices were better than other movers, and the team was professional and responsive throughout. Highly recommended!

Good support and attention from client officers, delivery with delay but movers efficient and responsive

I had a mixed experience with APML International. The initial communication and packing process were smooth and completed on time. However, I faced major issues with delivery tracking, delays, and timely communication. Despite providing my residence address, it took more than three months to receive my items, which was very disappointing and frustrating. Based on this, I would personally stick to using APML only for domestic deliveries.

Wonderful team and hard working crew. They were exceptional in handling the entire cargo for door to door International Delivery. Highly Recommended.

Team showed up late, drove their truck over our wet lawn, damaging it, got the truck stuck, waited almost 24 hours to retrieve it, then delayed the shipment pending our submitting proof that we paid the deposit, then lost track of the shipment en route. Shipment arrived after we left the country. Then the customer service team lectured us about "not knowing the facts." Strongly recommend that you avoid this shoddy, unprofessional organization.

Great experience. The team worked integratedly and thinga went pretty smooth, specially Abhishek who was very responsive and got things done promptly on time

Really appreciate Mr.Francis the way he guided very trasperantly throught the delivery process. He make sure door to door ( India to USA) delivery without any struggles. I recently moved to India from Malaysia and decided to book my cargo with Agarwal Packers and movers. The whole process was very smooth. Mr Mukundan from Malaysia arranged the packaging and dispatch of the product, Ms. Manjula in chennai helped us with Custom process and later Mr Francis and team ensured that our luggage reached our house safely. I was timely informed about the status of my luggage. The team also helped us in unpacking the boxes. A big thanks to team APAM for bringing the memories back to India with such care and responsibility.

Good services for international shipments from door to door. No items were damaged, though aluminum case for television was opened at customs and couldn’t be delivered to us.
Highly recommended for their professional services.

I have reachout to AMPL for my shifting work where Mr. Bharat (spontaneously) acted and visited the site and shared the quote along with the list of items. Later, I informed that the list of items are incomplete and some more need to be included and revised quote is required. Since that time I have been chasing to provide me the details despite multiple followups. Mr. Deepanshu called who lacks basic communication etiquettes and was rude upon which I asked him to align his senior and since then they have been avoiding. Everytime I have reachout to them, I have been informed by Mr. Saurabh, Raj, Ms Kaur, all seems to be enjoying their idle time. BADE BHAIYA may be a better option.

I moved my household items from Bangalore to dubai. I had very smooth experience with the team. Deepa and Satyajit did an excellent job in making sure I get regular updates and on time delivery.
