Long term shopper on this site, so far I’ve ordered on 3 different occasions and got my orders all within a week time, had an issue with warranty 1 time but that had to do with the brand, was sent an email on how to fill out a warranty form step by step, then was asked to email age of hemp the Puffco request number, it was interesting to see that a retail shop was communicating with a brand to help me get the warranty done faster, have not experienced anything like that in the past, I would not deal with any other shop because of this. Recommend anyone looking for a vape or rig to feel confident, call them and speak to them, they’ve always answered my questions.
