Contacting customer service doesn’t help at all, you just get a generic automated message telling you to cancel the subscription even when you already did

Scam site! They start billing you by hiding a subscription and then you try to cancel and even though you have they still take your money! Using the email for their support seems to be useless as you only receive the same message for every time you contact them, even if you send images as proof! I'm determined to find a way to stop them taking my money!!!!

One of these horried imoral companies that hide a subscription service in the tiny text and when you pay for a test, they sign you up wothout you knowing. then a few weeks later they deduct a money from your account. Evil shits that I wish have a ton of bad carma coming their way. Avoid at all costs.

Ze doen of je voor een euro een rapport krijgt maar vervolgens worden er 2 bedragen afgeschreven en blijkt dat als je de voorwaarden had gelezen, je akkoord geeft voor twee abonnementen. €50 en €30. Kennelijk kom je er ook heel moeilijk vanaf want ik ben er net achter en lees in andere reviews dat je echt je bank nodig hebt om dit te stoppen 😤😫
