Avoid any association with this scam company, small print and lies are all you will receive, no indication that after you pay for test results that you are signed up to a subscription, also refusing to honour 14 day refund policy because I had looked at results, which I had paid for already (60p). Another con artist.

Oplichters!!
Oplichters!!! Je betaalt €1,25 voor een test. Vervolgens wordt er nog zonder dat het ergens vermeld staat, €80 van je rekening afgeschreven. Niet doen!

WRONG COMPANY NAME BEING DAMAGED
HELLO ALL;
I’m trying to help this company out as I can see that people are getting confused between the two very similar business names.
The company scamming people with their online psychology quizzes is PERSOLABS/Persolabs AI , NOT Personlabs (this page) - I was also confused until I took the time to read the comments and their replies.
Please go to the CORRECT page to post
Your scam warnings, as you’re unintentionally hurting this business’s reputation and credibility.
Keep spreading the word on scammers but let’s do it responsibly!!

Just one small clarification for anyone reading: we are Personalabs (Personalabs.com), a direct-to-consumer laboratory testing company. Personalabs and Persolabs/Persolabs AI are separate and unaffiliated businesses.
We have unfortunately received a number of reviews and complaints from consumers who appear to have confused the two companies. Personalabs does not offer the online psychology/personality quizzes or recurring subscription services described in those reviews.
Thank you again for recognizing the distinction and encouraging others to make sure their reviews are directed to the company they actually did business with. It means a great deal to our team.

You got automatically an subscription without knowing it and you cant get any money back. I feel scammed and i suggest that no one ever do something on this site

Personalabs and Persolabs are two separate, unaffiliated companies. Personalabs is a direct-to-consumer laboratory testing company and does not offer recurring subscription services or automatic membership billing.
The subscription and refund issues described in your review are not associated with Personalabs. If your experience was with Persolabs, we respectfully ask that you update or remove this review from the Personalabs Trustpilot profile and post it on the correct company’s page instead.

I can't thank Personalabs enough for…
I can't thank Personalabs enough for their incredible service and convenience! As an older person, my health is very important to me, and Personalabs made it so easy to get my lab tests done quickly and efficiently. The process was straightforward, and I was able to schedule my tests at a time and location that worked best for me.
