I placed two orders with aidot.com totaling around $200. They charged my card right away, but never shipped my items. After about a week, the the website said canceled even though i didnt cancel, but they never refunded my credit card. I called customer service every day for two weeks. No one answers but a guy named Ham will call back in about an hour. He takes your info repeatedly tells you the escalation team will get back with you in 12 hours by email and no one ever does. I asked for escalation customer services Direct email and he told me their email didn’t work currently. I asked for their phone number and he said that they were in a no Phone facility. This went on for weeks before I finally realized they werent going to fix this and I filed a complaint with the BBB today. Hopefully the “customer service escalation team” will actually reply to them

I have purchased and used Aidot products for years. So fat they have been extremely reliable. Their customer service I have never had an issue with. Their app is easy to use and constantly updates when improvements are made. I am a happy customer.

Beware of purchasing from this company. I invested several hundred dollars in a leaf blower, string trimmer and batteries from AiDot Enhulk, and now customer service says they have emptied their warehouses of all of these and related items including batteries. No 3rd party comparable batteries are available. Sorry. Their website still advertises them all, but none are available. Scammed!

I have bought many products from your company. On this purchase, I cancelled the order before shipping and was told that I would receive an email stating if it was approved or not. I never did receive an email. I assumed that it was not abled to be canceled and waited on the shipment. I was good with that since it was my fault. It didn’t come. So I called again and was told that it was indeed cancelled and that I would receive a refund in so many days. The amount of time passed and I didn’t get a refund, so I disputed it with PayPal and got the refund.
I will purchase again from you in the future, I love the products. I just went in another direction with this project.

DO NOT BUY. HAVE HAD TROUBLE FOR MONTHS ON ONE OF THEOR CAMERAS AND THEY NEVER RESPOND. A year ago I had a problem and heard back BUT DO WASTE YOUR MONEY..THINK MAYBE OUT OF BUSINESS.

I purchased all the Enhulk 58V power tools (blower, weedwacker, saw) with two batteries less than 2 years ago. They worked great but one battery failed so I reached out to them. Evidently they don’t even support them anymore. All the reviews are true about their customer service. I will NEVER buy another product from them. Now all the tools are junk because they don’t produce batteries for them anymore.

Great prices, fast shipping and well designed! The App is so easy to use and love the many features and customization options.

The entire system goes haywire with the smallest change. Not a good product.

EnHulk is not a good company. Bought a weekender last July had a 2 year warranty. I went to charge battery and it would not charge. Been getting ran around for a month now and all we get is the same email worded differently. Was hoping the company would standby there product. All I ask was replace battery or give me a refund. Amazon is my next step since EnHulk don't believev in there self
Or care about customers. Very POOR service.
