Great service and lovely staff at this garage. Got a cheap and affordable car from these and couldn't thank them enough. I'll be sending any of my friends there way and I'd recommend anyone else to come here.

Bought a car from this garage recently and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The car was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Staff were helpful and honest, which made it an easy decision. I'm very happy and I would recommend this garage for others. Thank you Aintree Garages!

After shopping around for quotes, I took my vehicle in as the engine light was on. Unfortunately after spending many £1,000's, the issue with my turbo & timing chain has not been resolved. Limited feedback in communication (especially in writing) from the Servicing Team & a very basic invoice for the work has led me to seek compensation. Frustrated and gutted to say the least.

Garage door had been damaged and wouldn't open /shut. Keith called round the next morning and clearly explained what work need doing, if l wanted the work done, not pushy which was nice. Work done efficiently and to a high standard. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

From start to finish it was a tremendous service. Rang up for advice before Christmas. Drove around on Monday to book in for gear selector replacement and they got me in there and then. Tony was great to deal with and the service was superb. Highly recommend.

First class ! We’ve had loads of issues with our VW T5 (2012) but Mark and Louis immediately diagnosed the fault and replaced turbo etc. it now runs the best it ever has. We will definitely be using their services again.

DO NOT USE. This garage bid on Motorway for my car. Then they’re supposed to get in touch in 2days. 4 days later left a voicemail. Called back only to be ignored. Eventually after calling them multiple times and emails they sent a so called expert to check my car which by the way was in perfect condition. Put a diagnostic check on my car after having a nice ride round without trade plates and said some faults were showing. Had a quick look at the tires then sat in his car waiting for a call from the owners. 40mins later still no answer so I said I needed to go to work and they didn’t care saying they called but no one was answering. They then left without saying anything leaving me without an explanation. Called the office and was met with a girl saying that she couldn’t do anything so I emailed asking what was going on and someone said I would get a call next day. Couldn’t make this up they are very unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the customer. I took my car to my garage and had a diagnostic check that found nothing amazingly. You have been warned and read some of these reviews wish I had. Just read reply to this review 😩😩😩😩

Excellent service, Kieran was a top bloke sorted me out a great van, no hard sell down to earth. By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

This dealer bought my car through Motorway. However they did not make contact to arrange pick up. They had to be chased. But getting through to the right person was challenging. There was always a reason why they could not take my call. And they never called me back. I had to get Motorway involved. Eventually a pick up date was agreed but they failed to turn up. Apparently they had given the driver the wrong date. After reviewing other experiences on Trustpilot I decided to cancel the deal.

Do not go close to this garage stereotypically of a doggy scouse garage with excuses for everything and anything. Boss has no clue what he’s talking about and don’t bother contacting you . AVOID LIKE THE PLAIG

Bought my 2013 Mercedes c220 off these guys and I must say the service from the 2 lads in charge was outstanding.very polite and listened to my issues with another garage.by the end of that day I had my new car.love it and will definitely be a returning customer

Awful experience! Purchased car through Motorway, had to chase nearly a week to arrange collection and wait another week for date. When arrived was 2 unprofessional looking males with a woman and crying toddler in a car. They walked around vehicle and put a diagnostic machine on which threw out a couple of historic codes and a glow plug (which wasn’t showing before as we checked them on my husbands diagnostic machine). Nothing on dash, car drives perfect and recently had full service and MOT with less than 35000 miles on the clock for 7yrs old! They waited for their ‘manager’ to call back after sending pic of codes and he tried to offer £2000 LESS than what they had won it for on Motorway!!! Absolutely shocking for a possible glow plug. The test drive was literally 3 minutes (footage on my ring doorbell) and on their return the codes appeared on the check??!! The ‘engineer’ guy was smoking roll up on my driveway and the whole experience felt like back street garage here to try to push you into selling there and then. Steer clear if you want a professional and honest service!!

I have bought a van from these guys and to be fair I have a a couple of issues, that said speak as you find and they are great at getting things done.
I had a second issue with the van its been sorted under their warranty and I take my hat off to them once again. In for 2 days and sorted. My thanks to all concerned in particular Carl and Lewis even Mike the owner who got involved for me Dave at KPW Joinery Ltd

Extremely unprofessional company. Do not respond to calls or emails. When you do speak to them, very rude and abrupt and hang up on you!
They purchased our vehicle via Motorway and should have contacted us within 48 hours to arrange collection. Two weeks later contact is made and want to collect the next day.
When questioned why taken so long to contact us was told - they are only a small company.
Unfortunately it wasn't convenient for us to have the car collect tomorrow so they said 'oh just relist the vehicle then' and hung up.

WE DID NOT SELL YOU OUR VEHICLE YOU BOUGHT IT. LIES AGAIN! All the reviews you are receiving are from YOUR customers who YOU have bought cars from via motorway. May I suggest you don't purchase vehicles from Motorway and you won't get so many negative reviews. However I guess you treat all your customers poorly which is why it's now having a negative impact on your business!!

Really pleasant experience, Kieran the salesman was really helpful and patient with my financing process, great value of customer service all in all very happy with this garage, would recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the Mercedes Vito I purchased from Aintree Garages a month ago. Good honest vehicle.
I had previously used the garage for servicing many years ago and they have a good reputation within my circle of friends.
Kieran was very easy to deal with and was totally helpful without being pushy.

Was recommended to Aintree Garages by a few family members. I contacted them and told them what I was looking for and was given a couple of options. We made an appointment to view and test drive to find our perfect car. Keiran talked us through the process and pretty much liaised with the finance company for us. We picked our car up just 2 days later. Would highly recommend 😀
