Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza eccellente con Air Doctor durante il nostro viaggio in Italia. La dottoressa è venuta direttamente al nostro Airbnb per visitare mia figlia, che aveva un forte mal d’orecchio. È stata puntuale, professionale, scrupolosa e ha spiegato tutto in modo molto chiaro.

Ci ha indicato chiaramente i passi da seguire e ci ha fornito le prescrizioni necessarie. È riuscita persino ad arrivare prima dell’orario previsto, permettendomi così di andare in farmacia e ritirare i farmaci prima della chiusura delle 13:00. Tutto si è svolto alla perfezione e mia figlia sta già iniziando a sentirsi meglio.

Poter contare su un’assistenza medica affidabile mentre si viaggia con i propri figli mi ha dato una grandissima tranquillità. Sono davvero grata per il servizio ricevuto e utilizzerei sicuramente di nuovo Air Doctor. Lo consiglio vivamente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed an appointment from Canada, having a streptococcal pharyngitis and chest infection. I sent a photo of my throat with white spots. I saw the Dr for 2 MINUTES, Dr V Y only asked me 1 question (when did it start?) and did not even consider asking about other symptoms such as respiratory issues and pus which I have. It cost 110 USD !!! Which was never advised, we thought it was in CAD since we were in Canada and we were advised that he could prescribe for Ontario so we thought the service was from Canada !! So my 2minutes appointment, with half of my problem fully neglected costed us $157 CAD !! Now I’m left worrying that the 5 days antibiotics will not be enough to treat both my throat and my chest infection. I had previous medical mistakes with antibiotics intake that still
Impact my health today and after this appointment, I feel neglected and left with additional stress that I will need more antibiotics intake and pay for a second appointment !

Some doctors truly does their job for the $$, they forget that we actually pay for their luxury life style and that they have people’s health and wellbeing on the line !!

The doctor came to our hotel in Quito on a Saturday morning and provided a thorough exam. It was a wonderful experience and we are so glad to know this service exists!

Our medical request was immediately processed and well accommodated.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with an English speaking doctor near me. When I arrived he already knew what I needed, asked me a few routine questions and gave me what I needed. He was very professional, friendly and helpful.
