Great user friendly app with access to amazing doctors!!

It’s never fun being sick, but I just have to share what a surprisingly wonderful experience I had today at Bangkok Hospital Samui.
The clinic is run fantastically well. From the moment I walked in, the staff were amazingly kind, patient, and respectful, which made such a huge difference. The doctor was highly professional, and I received all my medications on-site along with a detailed, clear explanation on how to use them.
In short, getting sick is no fun, but the exceptional care and organization at this hospital made the whole situation so much easier and more comfortable. Truly top-notch service! 🌸

Air Doctor was incredibly helpful when a health issue came up for me while I was traveling abroad in Slovenia! I had a great experience with Dr. Along Rutigliano. It was easy to get an appointment with him later the same day as I requested. Our video appointment was efficient but still thorough; he asked good questions and provided clear, reassuring recommendations for me to follow. He was also able to provide a prescription that I could fill in Slovenia. Getting quick help from Air Doctor and Dr. Rutigliano allowed me to continue enjoying my travels!

Absolutely brilliant. Arrived on time for the house call, and after listening to my symptoms sent me to the local hospital. It’s not nice being ill in another country, but the medic put my mind at rest and listened to my concerns couldn’t have asked for better.

Dr Joaquin and Dr. Severino Reyes are outstanding doctors. When I spoke to Dr. Joaquin he knew right away what I needed. Both doctors took good care of me.

My wife fell ill on Holiday but had lost her GHIC card, our travel insurance provider connected us to Air Doctor, after a brief video consultation which diagnosed and reassured her she received a prescription by email and after taking it all was well. All within an hour.

Dr. Jakub was wonderful.
He came fast, was very nice and attentive and did his job very effectively. He was never too harsh or loud, and operated with gentle precision that was incredibly soothing. We hope to find more doctors like him.

My case wasn’t emergency 🚨 so I did appointment for the next day..then I changed my mind and go to the hospital and when they checked my info ℹ️ they need the approval of the insurance company..then immediately I got call 📞 from the insurance to inform me that I must cancel the first appointment then I can get the approval!! So in that moment I felt in good hands the fact that they call me and help me what to do through the app and immediately I got the approval 👍
The point is I got call 📞 and talk to human beings not AI or through endless messages 😂

Air Doctor were available 24/7, with great advice, easy to use app to book a video appointment for the next morning. The GP I spoke to was also really helpful and gave me great advice and helped me keep the financial costs to a minim (no unnecessary ER visits).

My experience with the service was very good, I entered the app I had no problem calling a doctor to the place where I was staying, two hours passed from the moment I entered the app and the doctor arrived at the house where I was staying, the doctor was excellent. Overall good experience

All the procedure to make the appointment was smooth and quick. He came within an hour and a half, was extremely professional and kind, went to get me medication and even bought me apples for the diet!!!
