Airport Taxis and Transfers (ATT) Opiniões 

We pre-paid airportstaxitransfers €281 to arrange for a taxi from Los Angeles airport to Newport Beach, and then the return journey 2 days later.
First driver turned up but wouldn't wait when we were stuck in a 2 hr queue to get through passport control.
For the return trip, driver didn't turn up at all. I'd phoned ATT the day before to confirm the details and was given the number of the driver. I phoned him when he didn't appear and he said he didn't work for the taxi company any more.
Each time, we had to get a taxi ourselves and pay again.
We're now chasing up ATT for refunds but they seem to imply that we have to chase up the taxi companies. We paid the money directly to ATT so they should give us the refund and then sort it out themselves with the various taxi companies. Watch this space to see how we get on!

Be very wary of using this company. Booked a premium vehicle to pick us up from JFK, being my daughter’s 18th birthday I wanted to make it special. We spent two hours getting through security due to minimal staff. I kept in contact with the driver. After 90 mins he left. Whilst I appreciate he had another fare, the company has charged me for the full trip. It was not the companies or my fault but charging for the full fair is robbery. They are fully aware of delays which happen daily. Ended up in a yellow cab which was half the price but a disappointed daughter. Be vary wary if their terms and conditions, using the known delays to get a full fare. If you want to take the chance , carry on.

no lo recomiendo para nada , me cobraron 95USD para un servicio contratado a las 16h00 ( asi estaba indicado en mi reserva ya que tomé 1h45 min para cruzar inmigracion en JFK + recoger maletas ...
por su propia iniciativa , se marcharon del aeropuerto al tomar 1h de margen a partir de la hora de aterrizaje ( 14h15) ... Entonces para que preguntan por la hora del servicio deseado y luego no lo toman en cuenta ... Unos ladrones !!!

Had a great experience with a transfer from Luton to North London. I called on the day as we were stuck and all our usual taxi firms were fully booked. They were able to do an airport transfer for a great price, better than our local firm, and were really responsive/flexible about our flight being delayed. The driver was lovely and very helpful as to how to meet him at Luton, and then really professional on the drive. Will use again!

I booked a cab to take me to Luton Airport. I received an email receipt. On the morning I phoned to double check and I tried to give my details, but I was told if I had an email they would be in touch an hour before collection. I heard nothing and I attempted to phone them . The messages went to voicemail and I left a message with no response. After waiting 30 minutes
over the collection date I got a local cab. I sent emails to request a refund and No Response. Asked by Bank for a Charge Back and they challenged the request. Avoid at all cost is all I can say . A shocking experience.

Ali Picked me up from Luton to take me back to Birmingham Airport after a flight cancellation.
He was a great driver and the conversation was great. A really nice guy and I'll definitely use the company again

Zadar Airport.8/22the plane was in early so just called number which they give you for local manager. Driver was there in 2 minutes. They also picked us up from hotel to airport. Bang on time.will use them again.

Azad and his colleagues have been drivjng my wife and I to and from the airport for eight years now. Throughout that time we have found them always courteous smartly dressed in an impeccably clean and comfortable vehicle and 110% reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I booked a taxi from Luton airport to Nottingham I was given such a good reasonable price compared to other companies. The driver (Rashad) had such a luxurious car that just made the journey so quick and pleasant. He was very kind and let us charge the phone in his car. He was very entertaining as well and made sure we had a wonderful time. This is the best website to book taxis especially when your driver is Rashad!!!!!

From start to finish a great service.. Cars were spotless and the drivers was very helpful with the luggage. Get immediate confirmation rather than having wait for a confirmation email.
