my concerns regarding our recent experiences with Airpure/ and their director, Alex. We have encountered several issues that have left us feeling misled and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.
Despite our efforts to resolve these issues, we have continued to receive inconsistent information, and our relationship with the company has suffered as a result. Unfortunately, we are now facing financial losses due to Airpure's handling of our account and their lack of transparency.
Given our situation, I would like to discuss this matter further and explore potential solutions. It is crucial for us to rebuild trust in our partnerships moving forward.

Had a burner and wax melts bought me burner good but melts no good couldn't smell unless standing right next to the burner. Customer service bad I emailed to ask how long it should take to be able to smell as wasn't sure had a email back asking for the batch no I sent the next morning with a photo of the burner and the melts still no reply after 2 weeks Have gone out and purchased other melts
