Mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. Compré un deshumidificador por 169 € y el producto recibido me pareció muy inferior a lo esperado por su tamaño y dimensiones. Desde el mismo día de la entrega pedí la devolución, pero tras más de 14 correos solo recibí respuestas repetitivas, peticiones de vídeos sobre el funcionamiento y ofertas de reembolso parcial, sin facilitarme un procedimiento claro para devolver el artículo. En mi caso, la gestión de la devolución ha sido muy frustrante y no recomendaría comprar aquí sin revisar muy bien todo antes.

My experience was very poor. I bought a dehumidifier for €169, but the product I received seemed far below what I expected in terms of size and dimensions. From the same day it was delivered, I asked to return it, but after more than 14 emails I only received repetitive replies, requests for videos about the product’s operation, and partial refund offers, without being given a clear return procedure. In my case, the return process was very frustrating, and I would not recommend buying here without checking everything very carefully first.

This product is a scam, and so is the Customer Radar website. Be very careful. I've realized I've been completely ripped off. It's just a piece of plastic that took weeks to arrive. It came from China.

I bought accidentally this product and 30 minutes later I wrote to the customer service to ask them to cancel the order of purchase (I don't really know about the safety of buying in this page, regarding that I didn't realize I pushed the button "buy nou" and at any moment I received a confirmation of payment from the website nor purchase order). 21 days later I'm still figthing to them to get reimboursed. Now I do know why: IN THIS PAGE THE PRODUCT COSTS 169 EUR, IN TEMU IT'S 33,16 EUR. RUN AWAY!

The product hasn't been delivered and there is no contact possible. Don't buy from them

This product does not reduce humidity. The company refused to refund me even though I contacted them about a return the day after I received it. It is part of company called Glo Official, check the reviews of Glo Official...fyi you won't want to buy from them after you read the reviews

Le deshumidificateur est tout petit tout en plastique 15 cms de largeur 20 de hauteur avec un bac d’1/2l maximum. Publicité mensongère. Annoncé 2.5l. La prise ne se branche même pas. Mauvaise qualité et très très très déçue. Très long délais de ́ivraison. A éviter surtout à ce prix là.

The dehumidifier is a shoddy piece of plastic, absolutely useless, took weeks to arrive. Comes from China though that was not clear when ordering. Cost €169.95. I'll have to replace it.
