accendently did 2 payments on 1 accounts one monthly and one yearly nog i pay 15€ per month and 156€ a year and they never respond to emails about this incident. The service is bad

I just wanted to buy a month today, 26/06/2025, to see what it was like. They charged me for a year's subscription, so I was not very impressed. I have cancelled today, so if they don't return my money, I will lodge a complaint via PayPal.

Service was not as described. Images significant lower quality. Closed my account. Lost all my credits when my account was closed. Asked for refund, since it wasn’t as described and also because I lost my credits, and they refused. Escalated a case with PayPal, and they even went so far as to challenge the case, uploading large documents with lengthy appeal letters. PayPal decided the case in their favor. Apparently they care more about keeping my $15, then they do about keeping their reputation. Because here’s a negative review, which I’m sure will cost them more than $15.

Honestly I bought the anual membership because I was using aitubo for my scholars projects, because you can use different LLM Providers there.
But after few months I decided to make dev testing with the API following full documentation, and never was able to connect the API, I sent many emails to aitubo support and never get a message back, the tool is great, the customer service socks, api sucks

The paid subscription for AI Video generation is a waste of money. Following a 99% failure rate on generation, customer service answered my complaint and admitted that their AI engine doesn't work. They are content however to take your money! Avoid!

I paid for a year in advance. After 4 months, they locked me out and wanted me to upgrade to use the music generator. I have not heard a word from my inquiries about refunding my money.

Apparently a rip off. I've used various other AI companies that gave free credits (Runway, etc.) and they actually WORKED. Tried disabling Adblocker, changing settings, and NOTHING I did would generate the simple landscape video from image. Every single time I hit "generate" the screen would pop up to PAY them, while I supposedly had 110 "free" credits. Waste of my (very pressed for completion of an Easter project) time. Deleting, if it will let me. Avoid these guys.

Free advice: *ANY* online service (particularly AI) that advertises "free" and requires you to pay before you try is a 100% scam. There are ways to expose the service with limitations that would allow for validation before $ is exchanged. Marketing/Sales/Network Security 101.

The video generator is garbage. It doesn’t understand English and all the results are usually Asian.
I tried to cancel and they would not refund me. I had only used the app for about 1 hour. Sent an email, two days later still no response. This is a scam website. Do not subscribe.

Like others have stated, the platform is buggy. You put in words, tell it to generate a video….and then it just sits there saying it’s working on it but most the time nothing ever happens. No video gets made and then your prompt disappears.

I paid for 18,000 credits, used about 3,000 and then they cleared them when it neared the renewal date, basically took $30 and only delivered about $5 of value. Even if I no longer have pro access when my subscription ends, it's amazing that they cleared my credits without warning before the end.

My monthly payment is due on the 18th of the month. yet on the eleventh of the month, they wiped out all of my credits. I had over 5,000 credits left. One minute I had them and the next, they are gone. I did not use them. I tried contacting them, but a response never came. Also, they are burning the candle at both ends, they have a monthly subscription and credits, I buy credits, and I am challenged to use them all buy the end of the month or lose them, but I paid for these credits, they should be mine to keep. why not just give us a monthly service or credits until they are gone. doing it both ways are cheating the custom.

they claim free video generation so you sign up, then give you credits which do nothing because only pro members can generate videos. just to get sign ups? please.

I signed up for what I thought was a month at $15.00 but they charged me $156.00 for a year! I emailed and said I must have made a mistake and said I only need 1 month can you refund the difference. They cancelled the renew subscription feature which would have kicked in a year from the start date but did not mention the refund. I emailed 3 more times and NO response! I'm senior citizen on a fixed budget and cannot afford the $$, I'm seriously mad and will never use them again. I only needed one image and it cost me $156.00. The image quality is pretty good but customer service is TERRIBLE!

Aitubo stole 11 minutes of my life waiting for it to create something, while it never creates anything. Stay away from Aitubo.

We signed up for it put some words in to generate and once it uploaded, the first 60 seconds was this is a fake app.

Aitube starts generating videos, but the process never completes. When I reload the page (after more than 5 minutes), my prompt is gone and no image is shown.

I was scammed. They charged 288 dollars when they said it was 30 dollars per month.

I have looked everywhere to find the famous ''Manage Subscription button '' which should be( they say) at the top of the page before taking a subscribtion but never found it. It's nowhere in setting,profile and even not in subscription menu. Plus they never answer via their email support address. This site shows a lot of appetizer but nothing serious about terms of payment.
