I was charged $288 for the year when I meant to only pay monthly. When I realized I canceled right away and I reached out to customer service and have not received anything back or gotten refunded, I was also charged the $15 on top of the $288.

Fake advertising
"Best AI Video Generator Online "!! This is scam. Aitubo is not able to create text to video. I do not recommended people to sign up for premium, because not working. I immediately cancel my subscription.

A good choice for beginners
Before using this product, I had only encountered conversational AI like chat gpt. Due to work requirements, I searched for many image creation platforms online, but their operation or quality did not satisfy me. I ultimately chose this product. Thank you for their product design aimed at beginners.

I have an issue with this company
I have an issue with this company. I had purchased a membership to try out its AI images, but I wasn't satisfied with the output so I decided to cancel the monthly payment. Then this month I found out that they charged me for this month! So I tried to contact them, but there is no way I can contact them through the website!
