Toller, filigraner Schmuck in sehr guter Qualität. Ebenso begeistert war ich vom Kundenservice, den ich aufgrund einer Frage kontaktiert hatte und der liebevollen Verpackung. Gerne wieder!

Jag har både ett armband och ett halsband i vitt guld från akind som jag älskar. Deras tillmötesgående kundservice är också outstanding!

Fel vara skickad - dålig kundservice

Så dålig kundservice. min kille hade besllt ett par örhängen till min födelsedag men fick fel vara levererad. Han blev jätteledsen när han märkte att han gett mig fel örhängen och jag stod utan present. akind vill inte ge någon typ av gottgörelse för sitt misstag. Dåligt!

Dear Johanna, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the support you received from our team. We take customer service very seriously and we always strive to provide the best experience possible. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we pack our jewelry in-house and check each peace before sending it to our customer. Of course, it involves the human factor which leaves the room for discrepancies. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive the wrong product, this is why we exchanged it for you, with your boyfriend, right away in our showroom 🩵.

The shipping was extremely fast, I ordered it the day before during breakfast and received it next day during breakfast 😂 I thought it would take longer to get to Germany. Perfect for last minute presents 🎁 though this is only for me!
