Jag hade köpt ett armband till min syster i julklapp förra året. Men så pajade tyvärr låset och jag hade inte sparat kvittot. Men det löste sig utan problem. Jag skickade in det och Akind lagade det och skickade tillbaks det utan kostnad. Snyggt!

I can't fault this jewellery company, literally wonderful in every way.
Customer service is impeccable, my queries have always been answered quickly, and any issues dealt with smoothly.
The pieces themselves are beautiful, so well made, and the sustainability behind the brand is one of the main things for me.
Postage is also lightning fast.
