Defaced clippers by date marking
I bought some lithium battery clippers they date marked them very deeply on the surface of the handle of both clippers. Very raised, sharp. Totally defacing the clippers, l was never told where and exactly how they would be date marked. Very expensive clippers, defaced and uncomfatable to hold/ use
It's company policy, well Alan Howard it's the last time you'll be seeing me!!! Disgusted.

Great products
Ordering online is simple and free delivery is usually 1-2 days it was a little longer with small order and paying for delivery but used a different courier.

Your still advertising next day delivery. You have not offered this for months now. So never sure when I'll get a delivery.
Your new website I know you have tried to brighten up, but how bright/ tone the pink is is very hard for dyslexic people to read

Hi, sorry to hear that you've been previously unhappy with our delivery service. If you have ordered through our website, orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be dispatched the following Monday, or next working day if a bank holiday.
We offer multiple delivery options depending on your needs. Please reach out to us if you require more information.

Hair bands
The hair bands have become unusable. They used to be tight and lasting a good few weeks. They are now loose and as stretched at first use as they used to be when I was putting them in the bin after weeks of use. Very disappointing and a let down!!!!
