Ordered several items and it turns out the beer was not available (their website doesn't seem to be updated), neither anything else from the same brewery. I asked them to remove the beer from the order / refund and instead they replaced it with some other random beer that I can buy in the supermarket across the street (if I wanted to). I guess business must be bad that they have to move shelf warmers, no surprise reading the reviews.

Worst ever!!! Avoid!!

Used Alcohaul for ages and no issues until today. They say they tried to deliver today and could not contact us.
We were here all the time. Now cancelled the order and want to charge for their non delivery. Say we will be reimbursed within 14 days but reading the reviews doubt we will. DONT USE THEM THEY CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.

They used to be trustworthy. Now they only promise and don't deliver.

I made an order on 12 October 2022 that was supposed to be delivered the next day. The order was delivered to the wrong address, which is an understandable error.

However, they decided to show me "proof" of delivery with pictures of the wrong door (wrong unit number) and the wrong order. They then told me that someone received the order.

After repeated requests to look into the matter, they suggested that my condo management should look at CCTV footage of the delivery (do note that there was no timing of delivery provided, and the delivery window is 7 hours).

I pointed out that they should have records of my previous order at the same address (meaning that they have a picture of an earlier correct delivery), and I had provided them with further pictures of my block and unit.

They then acknowledged that it was clear that the delivery was not made correctly, and said via their online chat that they would refund me on two occasions, once on 20 October 2022 and once on 5 November 2022. While I pressed them for email confirmation on a refund, they did not follow through.

Following further email correspondence again asking for the refund and/or written confirmation that a refund would be made, they promised on 18 November 2022 (Friday) that a manager would contact me over the weekend. Since no contact has been made, I am forced to assume that they lied regarding the intended contact by the manager, and that they are simply lying each time they are contacted.

Please also note that their phone number is also not in use. There is no way to speak to any customer service agent. It appears to me that they are simply taking money and dodging all responsibility.

I will be logging this issue with CASE.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Placed an order initially but had to cancel. I asked the staff on the online chat if this could be done and they said that it was possible. This went thru and I got an email about the cancellation.
Next day, despite the cancellation, a delivery came with the items I previously ordered. Informed the team of this error and arranged for their team to go pick it up. After confirming details, we waited for them to come pick it up. They never arrived at the planned time for the pick up. So, we made another appointment, and again, this time, no one arrived.

Made a final attempt at making another appointment to get the team to pick up the order (keep in mind the error was on the part of their deliver/logistics team) and when the team member arrived, he verbally reprimands my father who was at home for the pick up about the inconvenience caused to them.

I would never recommend Alcohaul to anyone. Save and spend your $ elsewhere. I unfortunately only realised how bad they were after coming to this site to post this review.

Order promised to be delivered in 2 days. A week later still not received. Followed up multiple times but don’t even care to respond. Ordered via Shopee. Ruined a get together for which I had placed the order

Service was so bad. Items delivered was different from the photos that i order and they say they didnt update the pictures. Asking for refund but no response via email. When use the live chat they will end your chat when they want to . No solution given. 👎👎👎

Don’t purchase from them! Listed items are actually unavailable for weeks then no refund!! Items unavailable are still for sale allowing other people to purchase!!! This is a total SCAM! If u are lucky u get it, if u unlucky then u pay and get nothing

I've seen every review saying they are a scam but I have ordered twice from them ~$150 each time. First time they delivered the wrong order at 2pm ish(it was more expensive than ours) so we called and they redelivered within the day itself.
Second time delivery was meant for 12-7pm. However delivery only came at 9.30. Overall I think it is a decent tradeoff for the cheap price and their main problem lies with their despatcher.

I would tell you to opt for credit card and pay the extra 2.89% just for security instead of paynow.

The vendor trapped me into paying money for a bottle that they later said they don't have in stock. Yet they didn't take the listing off and it's been more than a month now however they have not returned my money.
The company has a strange operating practice. The cc team is remote countries and only connected to Alcohaul Finance and management over whatsapp. They have no email and other way to connect. They keep telling me lies that they have sent me the money but then when I press they say some issues with the Bank. They provide no payment details either.

I reached out to their founder (Travis Chia) and MD (Ong Kingson) on LinkedIn however I got no response at all. This looks like a standard practice of fooling customers.

Please do not make a mistake of purchasing from this website. They are scammers. First the accepted an order for over $1000 for items listed on their website. The next day they cancelled the order, remove the listings altogether and called us that the items were out of stock. They promised us a refund and it has been 2+ months and we are yet to receive a refund. Everytime we call they give us a different transaction ID which is totally invalid when confirmed with the bank. We will be lodging a complain with CASE today.

Purchased 2 bottles of Dalmore 12yrs as they were on offer!! I thought it was a very good deal until it came to the consumption of the whiskey!! Opened first bottle and the cork disintegrated in my hand and the remaining cork isn't providing a seal to the bottle. I wasn't sure if I should drink it or try and remove the remainder of the cork. Having guests over I was in a bit of a hurry so thought it best to open the 2nd bottle to serve. So I opened the 2nd bottle and to my horror exactly the same issue. Have called, and nobody picks up, have emailed and no response, Have logged into my account and sent a message and no response.The Customer service from this company is non-existent!! The reason they have such a great offer, it would seem, is the product is inferior and they needed to offload it ASAP. I've had issue with them previously and like a fool returned to give them another go!! Avoid this company at all costs, even if the offer looks decent, its likely because they want to offload the bad products to their customers!!

Ordered 3 bottles of Makers Mark and 1 case of Naked Glass Sparking Water with free delivery. Received call on the day of delivery that they only have 1 bottle of Makers Mark left. I told them I will take it. Upon checking the updated invoice, they charged me for the delivery because of their screwup. When I call about the delivery charge, they then told me that the Makers Mark is no longer available. What nonsense! There's absolutely no service recovery on their part to say that they will offer an alternative to replace the 3 bottles. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could.

WORSE PLACE EVER AVOIDDD Such a scam. Put up a post on a product that they didn’t have stocks on, and the seller was so rude! Dude you are unable to fulfil your order, don’t be such an ass when we are cool with paying extra for a change. You are legally binded by the purchase order to deliver your end of the deal. Don’t come at us with an attitude

Terrible service.. ordered the previous day with 12 pm to 7 pm.guarantee.. no response to phone. order recorded at 9.30 pm after my event was already over. I would not recommend. Looks like amateurn service. Ther are other sites like C***rbratio..n and PAN.. *Co with between service and pricing. Move on and don't get fooled.

How come people give bad reviews to this company? I have ordered many times to this company and they always served me great. I was in touch with CS under name Adam Lockon and he is very helpful. Always keep me informed for missing bottle and store my credit to use for next purchase. Very smooth process afterward with the credit.
Perhaps they still need time to grow so it's okay. So far I am a pleased customer and will continue to use their service.

When you pay with Paylah, you know you have little way to cancel / block the transaction.

Don't order expensive whiskey from them. First, some Indian dude called and tell me, they can't deliver today, do I want a refund or wait for the next day. Next day, called me again, their supplier no stock, do I want to wait for weeks or a refund. Ok. Now they finally get me to request for a refund. Received an email refund will take 7-14 days. They failed to fulfill the order yet make you wait for the refund. Waited 7 days, write to them, they replied that refund in process will take another 2 weeks. They just try to play the hold on to your money and drag on game. Shoot another mail and mentioned I am filing CASE (Consumer Association of Singapore) then got my refund in 5 mins. Illicit business practice, avoid at all cost.

Used to use Alchoaul and was fine. This week they delivered beer which was past it's expiry date. Contacted them and they said they would replace the beer with newer ones but they didn't deliver. Other beer I've bought also tastes bad, I'm unsure if they have proper storage practices by exposing to heat/sunlight too long. Sad to see them go downhill like this.

I have been ordering quite few times on this site. But my recent order was not a good experience at all. Selected 2hrs delivery and paid for the fee but order never comes as it promise. I had to call and I finally got the order and they promised to refund the shipping fee. Is has been 4weeks and i still have not received the refund. Terrible experience even though is not much of a cost but is the reputation that ruin it. You have lost me as a comeback customer.

I had been having good service from Alcohaul, however, on my most recent purchase, they didn't have the alcohol I order. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my full refund.
