I do not understand the bad reviews here. I am buying from Alcohaul.sg since the Lockdown started in 2020. I am buying on a weekly base and never had a problem with delivery. When they are late I can call them and they reliably inform me about the dispatch. I will keep buying from them as they are friendly and reliable.

Waiting 4 weeks for refund now.
Their team doesn’t respond anymore to my emails.
This is cheating and their license should get revoked.

Never again. All of these reviews are true and accurate. Worst customer service, they never pick up the phone nor do they respond to emails. I have ordered probably 10 times over the last year with varying degrees of satisfaction. Sometimes the items come as promised but not always. The kicker is the fact that they are impossible to make contact. Not going to do ever again.

Wasted the entire day for a delivery which didn’t arrive, called their customer service number about 15 times the same night, and was put on hold for up to 20 mins for each call. Then a certain Ms Pinky(?) contacted me at 1130pm to tell me their delivery guys couldn’t fulfill the delivery as they were busy (not my fault) and that they could send it the next day. I didn’t want to take the risk (also I didn’t need the alcohol anymore) and opted for a refund instead. It’s been 2 weeks, and again, these people never pick their calls or reply to messages.

SCAM. Please avoid this mess and purchase your alcohol elsewhere

Item not received within the selected date.
No response on livechat and no one is picking up the phone.

Might be a scam looking at all the comments.

Items are not delivered. The customer service call does not pick up as well. Seems either a scam or very bad service.

Ordered a large amount from them and order did not arrive on the stated delivery date.
Checked and found that amount had already been charged to my credit card.
Tried calling their helpline but no one answered.
Wrote multiple emails and still have not received any response.
I'm beginning to think that I have been swindled and might have to lodge a police report

I ordered over $600 of alcohol from this company. It was delivered within the 2hrs time frame stipulated (although at the very last minute). As it was dropped off by the courier, I counted up what was supposed to be there, and was slightly concerned the 2 bottles of Louis Jadot Chablis were missing. I asked the driver what to do, and he simply said I'm just a delivery driver, you need to contact the company (not an issue, not his fault) I called and was greeted by a nice young lady, who told me it would be rectified and missing items will be redelivered the same evening. I waited patiently and nothing arrived. The next morning I call again this time no answer, but they did call me back within a few hours and am told the reason for the missing items, is they were out of stock (despite the webpage stating still available). Was informed a refund would be forthcoming. I then receive a 2nd invoice for a cash on delivery order (I had paid via credit card) for all items with the exception of those 2 bottles that were missing. I didn't receive a 2nd order but just a receipt so not sure why this was sent!! I email on 4 separate occasion and each time waiting a few days for a response. I call in-between the waiting periods yet this time my phone call is ignored and no return calls. I eventually become frustrated so posted on their social media page of my issues only for it to be deleted. As of yet I have had no response, and no refund. The only delivery they seem to have been quick to act on is that of the two receipts I have in my possession. I had used them once before with little drama, but this is unacceptable and an exceedingly poor standard of customer service. Companies mess up from time to time, they are not all perfect, it's how you react to those issues that is the embodiment of good customer relations!! I'll not be using them again, and will try and get refunded from the bank!!

Paid for product on 26th October. Paid over $500. Now is 12th November. Still no delivery attempt or reply to email. Called yesterday and the lady promised it by today. Still no delivery or email.

I made an order through Qoo10 from this Seller and on 1 Aug 2020, they only delivered 1 set of 7 bottles instead of the originally order placement of 2 sets of 7 bottles. I rang their Tel: 6240 6822 and spoke to a Ms Heerah who assured me that they will look into this issue promptly. But up to today, no one from Alcohaul has reverted and in frustration I made a claim to Qoo10 on this disupute for a full refund on the none delivered 1 set of 7 bottles and here again, Qoo10 is also silent. Don't believe all the good 5 stars review because you won't be able to write any bad reviews as there is no link to direct you there.
