Alderley Watches Opiniões 

A week ago I placed an order for a watch advertised by Alderley via Ebay. A few hours later Ebay informed me that Alderley have cancelled my order, the reason being that 'Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address.' I checked very carreffuly again and my address was correct, so I sent 3 messajes to Alderley asking them what exactly was wrong with my address, so I can solve the problem, because I really want to buy this watch. I did't get any answer until today.

Do not trust this company under any circumstances. I ordered and paid for my watch and received a wooly confirmation, but no delivery date. I have emailed for an update included my order number and left messages on the phone line (no one ever answers the number). Not once have I received any feedback from them. I now have to pursue my credit card company to reclaim the money. This is a fraudulent, untrustworthy company.
If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I'm sorry, but if you've taken the time to publicly defend your "owner/operator" on here, then you have time to respond to my e.mails. I note that you still have not updated delivery, offered to refund or indeed offer anything constructive. Can you also explain how you " Have tried to reach out through email" without actually emailing ???

I have not received any purchase from Alderley watches. I made a number of phone calls and sent 3 emails and had no response to any of them, not a good service.

No contact from Alderley Watches. I have emailed 3 times and called twice and left messages to arrange a viewing of several watches as I can't decide which one to purchase. I want to buy a watch but I don't fancy paying between £6-9k for a watch I haven't viewed to be sent through the post! I think they've lost my business..........

From the outset I was treated so well and all the way along felt like a highly valued customer, At each step of the way Billy kept me well informed and did exactly what he said he would and delivered a 'knock your socks off' service. Certainly in my top three buying experiences.

The watch buckle is dead on for the measurements. I got the brushed silver and it is exactly what I needed.

I ordered a watch but was told that it wasn’t in stock, I then ordered a different watch to be told the exact same thing, so why advertise items which they clearly don’t stock. Now I’m £500 out of pocket waiting for a refund , I’m not sure when I’ll get back

ordered online , payment taken on credit card ,only to receive email 2 days later stating order cancelled. Disappointing as watch was a gift.

I wanted to buy a Tag the firm advertised. I paid by Amex on Friday night during lockdown. On Saturday the firm came back and said due to Covid supply issues they couldn’t get it and refunded my money. It was not an insignificant amount. I appreciated their honesty.

Alderley watches kept me informed of when delivery was expected and guaranteed delivery by using special delivery. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service.
