Easy to book an appointment date/time, with reminders via email and text message, plus a text when the engineer was on his way. Can't beat good communication. Phil and Josh arrived as agreed, in a timely manner. Friendly and professional, clean workers. During the course of the boiler service they also identified a small water leak as a result of an external issue which is a Southern Water responsibility. They explained clearly what I needed to do/say to report it. As they advised, when I spoke to Southern Water, they agreed the matter was for them to deal with and they would complete the repair. The service was competitively priced, and billing was clear and straightforward. Will use Alford Plumbing and Heating again, and would recommend them.

Alford's are very easy to deal with. I have used them to replace Boiler, boiler services and replace shower. Each time they keep me up to date with texts of where the Engineer is and more importantly what time the Engineer will arrive.
The work is always carried out neatly and quickly. These are my go to Plumbers.
