As many other reviews mention, their customer service is great, and I will not repeat what others have said. As for the investing side: the way I looked at this was: I have a well-diversified retirement portfolio, and I want to additionally invest a relatively smaller amount of money into a high risk-high reward investment, so I decided to try Algo Exchange. The beginning was bumpy, my algo lost some money, I switched to another one which also was not doing well, went back to the original one, made up for the losses plus the initial entry fee, and by now I have made decent profits, about one year after starting. So, being patient paid off with my algo. This is obviously not for everyone, but if you can stay disciplined with a relatively high risk investment and not panic, that is, if you can afford and ride out potential sizeable losses, it may work well for you. One thing that I would have liked to see different than now: The initial entry fee is quite high. In the year when a number of their algos did not do well, this is going to make some clients pissed off. Maybe giving people an option to pay less for the entry fee and monthly fees, but to pay a percentage of profits would work better for some clients. To their credit, in my case they did reduce the monthly fee after I experienced a series of losses, which was a nice move. All in all, my decision at this time is to stay invested.

I would like to define this product in two words: quality and professional. I am very happy with everything; it is very intuitive to operate and has good technical support for any questions.

Game Changing Trading Platform
Algo Exchange has completely changed my day trading. Before I started using Algo, I was grinding every day, trying different strategies, indicators, and tools, but nothing really gave me real consistency. This first week of using Algo Exchange, everything finally came together and that why I'm writing this review this soon. I passed all my prop firm accounts and started making real money in under a week, which is something I honestly didn’t think was possible before.

The confidence it’s given me in my entries, the email and text alerts it offers, and the way it keeps me disciplined has completely elevated my whole approach. Its simple and easy to use especially being able to trade on any device, platform and account makes this Algo stand out. The accuracy is on point, the tools are simple to use, and it took so much stress out of my sessions. I’ve tried so many trading platforms and systems over the past few months, but nothing comes close to this.

I had the chance to be a beta tester for Algo Exchange, and the results honestly surprised me. During the testing week, I was consistently pulling 2–3R trades and ended up making a solid amount overall. The system is clean, responsive, and does exactly what it’s meant to do. Lot to unpack here, stay with me if you are on the edge to make decision about whether algorithmic trading is for you and willing to bet on market with calculated risk.

I have about 10+ year of trading experience, stocks, crypto, some leveraged ETF, nothing fency. Goal was and is to grow the money. Had been scammed 30k before so I knew what to look for, lol. With Algo trading, sales team was kind to help me set up the account the way I wanted. Make no mistake, sales team moves very aggressively once you show interest, helping answer all the questions you may have. Ball is always in your court till you say yes or no. Once my account was set up, I choose an algo to follow whichever was doing great at the time. And since I was skeptical of being scammed, I choose the smallest amount recommended by Algo exchange, nice that there are different amount for each Algo. So I started auto trading in July 2024 and held onto same Algo even today. This isn't get rich quickscheme, you WILl loose money. Each Algo gives to max drawdown percentage, if you're not ok with that, don't blame Algo exchange, because it is already been disclosed. You never know when that drawdown would hit. Also , if Algo is not keeping up with market, don't just hop from one to other, you will never see true upside of any case. My first 15 months, account didn't grew as I thought it was sold to me but it also didn't loose any, I saw trades that made some profit and trades that created loses. But overall I stood brokeven. As of today, my account is 36% profit level, it has seen high voletility multiple times. If I was to be trading it myself I am sure I may have created significant losses. But Algo performed as it should, all fundamentals and technicals, no emotions. most of us traders are suffering from emotions getting in the way to make trading decision. Well That's exactly what Algo does it flowlessly, keeping you and your emotions a mile away, you can see every trade and every position any time. If you're obessed with trading to keep growing your account but your own emotions are beating daylight out of you and pushing you to loose more( that was me), give Algo a try

I’ve been using Algo Exchange for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s one of the few algo platforms that actually performs in live markets, not just on paper. Most algo services show you beautiful backtests, but once you go live, the results never hold up. Algo Exchange is different — their algos are tested, verified, and consistently profitable in real-time performance.

I also really like the variety of strategies and signals available. Whether you prefer short-term momentum or swing setups, there’s something solid to choose from — and each one shows a transparent live track record, which builds a lot of confidence.

The email and text alerts are super convenient too. I don’t have to sit at the screen all day — I get notified right away when a signal triggers, so I can act fast without missing trades. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference in day-to-day trading.

Setup was simple, the assistance and expertise provided by the team was professional and timely and the results generated have been very financially lucrative. On a small account, I was able to recover the SW cost through gains in about a month. It’s outperforming the market and that’s impressive.

Let me begin by saying I am a seasoned investor and understood fully the risks involved in futures trading, but I wanted to test the waters. In hindsight, I should have better understood the expenses involved and want to point them out to others considering investing. There is the licensing buy-in of $15K, which can be used for an unlimited number of accounts and is lifetime. There is an account maintenance fee of $895, which I thought was a one time fee, but is actually MONTHLY. Each individually named account is also charged the $895 monthly. Then there are the broker commissions for every trade made. Also, be careful of the rates of returns. Some are "annual" and some are "cumulative since inception" so interpret carefully. The monthly maintenance fees have since been changed/lowered and probably can be negotiated and the team was helpful in offering to switch to different programs. I only invested $250K but with the fees I would have needed to see a return of 5% just to break even and that's not considering the $15K license money. Surely if you choose a program that generates a huge return and can invest enough capital, you do well. Over a span of 18 months or so, I went through 3 different moderate risk algorithms and ended up down about $100K. I recently withdrew my funds. The company was nice and helpful, but just be clear about the expenses you are taking on when you sign up. Happy investing.

I’ve been using Algo Exchange for a while now, and I have to say and its rare to find a company in this industry that operates with such transparency and integrity. I have been a member of Algo Exchange since January 2025. My 401k is up almost 20% in this period and my algorithm "Falcon2" is down 11%.

I find myself watching the algo trade and feeling like it is just throwing darts at the wall, hoping something will stick. I am very disappointed thus far with the performance.

I also feel like there isn't any investment in continuing to develop the algos. The algo is continuing to lose money with the same trading patterns, over and over again. The market is very dynamic and I feel Algo Exchange is not.

This month the algo has triggered 17 trades and all but 4 have lost money. This is a very risky investment that has been down 7 out of 9 months so far in 2025, while all major indexes in the US and across the world are up double digits.

I spent at least 6 months researching options for a "hands off" investment strategy that could offer the potential for higher than average returns. Algorithmic trading kept coming to the forefront of my search. I was extremely skeptical of the concept because it was very foreign to me as a retail investor, so I went down the rabbit hole researching several of the algorithmic trading platforms available.

Advertised returns for many companies seemed too good to be true and further research corroborated these suspicions until I found Algo Exchange. While the information available on any of these platforms are somewhat limited, I read through all the information and every review, video, and forum comment I could find to better understand the company. Then I sat on the sidelines for a few months watching for anything suspicious to surface. Finally, I set up a phone call.

Blake with Algo Exchange promptly answered all of my questions over the phone as well as several subsequent emails. My obvious skepticism was always met with honest and straight forward answers. He even provided me with current users that I could contact, and I reached out to them with even more questions. After months of digging I couldn't find any reason not to take the plunge.

One thing to note is that I started working with Algo Exchange while keeping two points in mind: First, there is always risk. Without risk there is no reward. I choose Algo Exchange because they apparently try to focus their risk on the short term in an effort to deliver consistent long term returns, This is evident in their numbers. Second, I was determined not to fall victim to my own emotions. I knew that there was a risk of short term drawdown and I didn't want to fall victim to the consternation seemingly faced by several other reviewers. I was determined to weather any storm and only planned to reevaluate my decision after a year had passed.

With this perspective in mind I looked at the options available for the equity ammount I had put aside for this platform. I looked at which system had the most ground to make up to meet its previous year's numbers and that turned out to be Apollo. With the help and guidance of my account rep Wil, setting up my 3rd party trading platform and connecting the algorithms was simple and straight forward. I started in June, sat back, and watched the growth with subsequent monthly returns coming in at +15.4%, +3%, -6.2%, and returns for this month are currently at +34.6%!

My emotions are telling me to dump more capital into this account, or maybe try another one of Algo Exchange's algorithms with some ground to make up. However, I was so focused on ignoring negative emotional impulses that I forgot to consider the positive emotional impulses, which I am currently faced with. We'll see what happens with this...

All the elements of my experience with Algo Exchange thus far including customer service, straight forward and honest information, online resources, etc.. Have been top notch. It is obvious that this is a company focused on sustainable and healthy growth while only improving their current customer's experience. So while my experience thus far with Algo Exchange is limited to the aforementioned summary, I would recommend anyone looking for long term gains that exceed most traditional passive investment options, and who can stomach the inevitable short term drawdowns, to give Algo Exchange a try. The upfront cost of entry can be a mental hurdle, but I have found it to be worth it thus far. More updates to come.

I lost 20k out of 50k in the past 5 months. I started with the Rapter followed the suggestion from the Algo Exchange Team, and it was very bad. Then, I changed two more times, but it still looks pretty bad. You do not check the at all time performance, but instead check the past 12, 6, or 3 months, and you will see.

They will remove my review again if I write too much negative about them. Please be careful before you jump in.

Review of Algo Exchange: Disappointing Performance
Over the past six months, my experience with Algo Exchange has been underwhelming, to say the least. While the platform initially seemed promising with its range of algorithmic trading strategies, the recent performance has been consistently poor, leaving much to be desired.

Performance Issues: The algorithms have struggled to adapt to changing market conditions, resulting in significant losses. What was once marketed as a robust and adaptive system now feels unreliable and outdated.

Transparency Concerns: There has been a noticeable lack of clear communication regarding the reasons behind the underperformance. Poor market conditions are a weak argument, giving that algo trading should adapt to the current market conditions. Investors deserve detailed updates and explanations, but instead, the platform has provided vague reassurances that do little to restore confidence.

Customer Support: While the support team is polite, their responses often feel generic and unhelpful. When dealing with financial losses, users need actionable solutions, not canned replies.

Value for Money: Given the recent results, the fees associated with the platform feel unjustified. I understand that Algo Exchange is entitled to make money but monthly fees for operations is not justified with its hefty initiation fee. It’s hard to justify paying for a service that fails to deliver on its core promise of consistent returns.

In conclusion, while Algo Exchange may have had a strong start, its recent track record raises serious concerns. I would advise potential users to proceed with caution and explore alternative platforms until Algo Exchange demonstrates a clear and sustained improvement in performance.

Why is this first time I’m hearing about portfolio builder tool??

UPDATE 10-14-25: Algo Exchange flagged this review once again by claiming that it was “defamatory.” Not only is this company untrustworthy, but they also despise customer transparency. They are requiring me to edit this review to remove FACTUAL INFORMATION about their company’s business performance. Shame on Trustpilot for allowing this to happen. I’ve lost a net amount of roughly $17,000 using this company, and I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. If anyone has also been financially harmed by this company, feel free to reach out.

Last month, Algo Exchange flagged my previous review with Trustpilot from July by claiming that it was “defamatory.” Ironic enough, this is the same company that boasts transparency. Apparently, in their world, “transparency” means censoring anything that doesn’t fit their narrative. Every word of my review was factual, but I suppose facts can be inconvenient. I’m sure they’ll probably try to get this review removed as well. If it disappears, you’ll know why. For anyone reading this review, I encourage you to fact check me.

Since May, when I stopped using their algos, I’ve been attempting to get a refund from this company without any success. Then, last month, Algo Exchange reached out and dangled the possibility of refunding my original $13,000 starting fee but no more. In order for this to occur, I had to sign an NDA. (Trustpilot: This is factual and I have text messages that I’m happy to submit to prove this). If I signed the NDA, I could not post any further reviews anywhere about their company. That’s right. If that doesn’t sound like corruption, I’m not sure what else to call it. But I told him to send the NDA over so I could at least review it with my attorney, but after a month of excuses and empty promises, nothing has materialized, and I still have yet to receive it. And honestly, I doubt I ever will at this point.

All I’ve ever asked for is a refund and not a penny more. After being swindled out of over $18,000 in fees for a pathetic 1.34% return, I figured the least they could do was give me my money back. After all, they did provide information in September 2024 demonstrating that I should expect to receive a “conversative” 50-70% annualized rate of the return using their algos. The reality is, the only way to get a refund from this company is most likely through legal action. Cumulatively, I’ve lost a total of roughly $17,000 with this company. A company that operates like this has no business holding a license.

Perhaps they needed some time to bury my previous review from July 2025 with multiple presumably fake 5-star reviews to generate more business. I mean, did they really need to post eleven 5-star reviews after I posted my review from July? Subtle, right? If they were really trying to be convincing, maybe they could have tossed in a few 4-star reviews to make it look less desperate. I’m sure they’ll try to discredit what I’m saying, but don’t worry—I’ll break down exactly why those “reviews” don’t pass the smell test in just a minute.

After more than two-thirds through this year, let’s take a look at what paying this company tens of thousands in fees really buys you as of today 9/3/25:

But these returns are even WORSE than the cumulative returns from July and yet they receive nothing but praise? I don’t know of anyone who would be willing to pay for those returns. That’s why I believe the reviews are most likely fake. That’s just my opinion. Who in their right mind drops thousands of dollars for negative returns AND then posts glowing 5-star reviews about it? Please. Let’s not insult basic intelligence.

My only goal here is to warn potential investors before they lose thousands of dollars with this company. If I had access to all of the information I have now, I would have ran in the other direction. However, considering that I’m still their “client,” I have the unique privilege of having access to all of the performance data of their algorithms.

If you’re considering starting with this company, you need to demand to see their website containing all of the algorithm performance data. You’ll see that the numbers I’m reporting are accurate. If they claim that their performance data on their website is only for paying customers, that’s your cue to run in the other direction. Unfortunately, I didn’t press them for this information when I first got started because I didn’t know it existed. Now I do.

I’ll be sure to post another update or two by year’s end with more performance data—assuming this company is still around.
