I highly recommend Algo Exchange as an investment opportunity. The team is extremely professional and responsive. The algos work as advertised, with no unknown or questionable aspects—fantastic passive income opportunity.

I have been using Algo Exchange for over a month now with a 100k account cash (no prop firm stuff). One thing I can say is that I am very slow to commit to anything regarding unconventional ways of making money. I have been in communication with the owner Austin, for years from his full-time day trading days and he is personally a very successful trader. He has always made himself available to answer my questions and/or concerns and even video chatted with me when I asked him to. He is someone I trust and hold a lot of admiration for what he has created at Algo Exchange. If anyone is approaching this with the thought of getting rich overnight, you are mistaken. Each algo operates differently. Trading capital, how many systems you're using, and market conditions all play a part in outcomes when participating in this type of trading platform. It takes TIME! This week 8/4/2025 has been my most successful week with $8200 in total gains including a -1800 loss, but I had multiple four figure days and today being the biggest with a $5k trade! If you are someone who does not have the ability to accept the wins and the losses and the good and the bad this is not for you, but if you understand the ebbs and flows of trading and understand drawdowns are a part of this industry, you can be very successful with this. This is not the answer to someone's financial woes. It is a great tool in the toolbox to leverage other things you want to do in your life and serve you, but you have to let it work for you. This is my honest sentiment as someone who takes their time to get involved in anything, but I am also not afraid of risk. Thank you, Austin and the support staff at Algo Exchange.

Granted, since I joined Algo in early March, '25, there has been a lot of volatility in the market so for me, the results so far have been disappointing. I have lost a little more than 20% of my initial investment (excluding the licensing costs). At this point, I am hoping to hang in long enough that I will recoup my losses ......eventually.

To be fair, if you look at their performance over the long run, it does appear that most of their algorithms do out perform the market (over time) but the key seems to be sticking to a single algorithm and having a strong constitution to hang in there when the drops come.

Support consists of your assigned representative who helps you understand their dashboard and makes the necessary changes when switching algorithms. All customer/representative contact is conducted via Slack.

I've made the investment so I am going to stick with it and see what it takes to recover. I'll come back and update this review periodically. Stay tuned.

The "benefits" and "performance" of the program were clearly oversold. That's my fault for "biting." Tuition: $20k. Performance since 4/3/25 nearly negative $5k. To me, these algos appear to do well in good markets. In volatile and poor markets, stop trading as the only "performance" is to separate a fool (me) from his money.

I joined Algo Exchange about 3 months ago and it took almost 2 months to get my Roth IRA set up and operational. Algo was instrumental in coordinating with my IRA account agent and broker to get things straight. My Algo agent has been very responsive to my complaints and has been helpful in clarifying the system, which is not so clear.

I have been with Algo for about 8 months. My account is down but I knew the risks of this kind of trading going in. I called and spoke with my agent who then arranged a Zoom call with him and his manager. We had a great discussion and they understood my concerns. I hadn't realized I could distribute my funds through 2-3 different accounts for diversity. We are going to set that up and hopefully find some upswing.

I have been a customer since March of 2025, My account is down almost 20% since then and that is not even considering the start up cost charged. It was suggested to me to change the model I was in which at that time I was breaking even (did not lose any $). So I made the change and dropped close to $ 8k in 5 weeks. Between the start up fee, the monthly fees etc.. i would need to go up approx. 40% from here. I find it interesting that their marketing only talks about successful accounts. You have my permission to use my account as an example for future investors.

Started off with a friendly sales call—dude acted like he wanted to be my buddy, exchanged contact info, talked like we were going to be working together long-term. Then out of nowhere, he hits me with an ultimatum: drop the money today or the entry price is gone and it’s full price moving forward. I went for it... and never heard from him again. Ghosted me on LinkedIn immediately after the whole “let’s be friends” act. Total bait-and-switch.

Once I got into the program, the vibe shifted fast. Asked a few basic questions, and the operations team gave me attitude like I was being a problem for even asking. I started running two strategies at $300 a month each—so $7200/year for the privilege of their program, and surprise, surprise: the strategies steadily lost money every single month.

Meanwhile, I noticed all their strategy performance charts use different start and end dates. No consistency. Just random windows that make the numbers look better than they really are. Anyone can fudge results when they control the timeframe.

Four months, thousands in fees, and nothing but losses to show for it. I walked away and never looked back.

I use the auto trading tool and it is fantastic! I am up over 10% in the last 5 months!

Berhan made me aware of the possibility of my investing in multiple algorithms and of the means by which I could do that. I mentioned that I would stick with my present investment for the time being, as I am in the exploration stage of pursuing this type of investing. Once I give it more time and see positive results, I will be open to expanding my investment through Algo Exchange. He was very understanding of my position. I asked questions about how the algorithm functions during down markets, and his response was very informative and helpful. He expressed an openness to my contacting him with any questions or concerns I might have. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Algo Exchange and am thankful to have Berhan as my guide.

Most all these reviews talk about customer service and how “Great” the guys are to work with. Very few people talk about the returns that they are making and the ones who do say they are not making jack. So speak up fluffy. How much money are you making ?

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Berhan Alestwani from Algo Exchange, and I was very pleased with the interaction. Berhan was soft-spoken, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain how the various trading algorithms work and answered all my questions patiently. His support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. While I’ve just started with Algo Exchange and it's too early to share any opinions on the platform itself, I wanted to highlight the excellent experience I had working with Berhan during the initial phase.

Algo Exchange and my guy Mark have been wonderful to work with. They have explained everything from start to finish. I love how they have different algorithms for different size portfolios and different risk tolerances. Looking forward to building up my portfolio for many years to come.

I was new to the platform and AI driven automated trading and Berhan was informative, patient and extremely helpful though the process and provided peace of mind by offering to answer queries via email or personal business phone. With all the BS in the world these days - it was great to have one on one conversations with a partner that is informative and helpful at the highest level. Great to work with ALGO Exchange and Berhan represents them extremely well as his commitment to his vocation shines.

My experience with Algo only goes back a little over a month. However, in the past 6 weeks, I have been able to make more profit on my investment then I could have in a traditional high yield saving would have made in a year. That is including the downturn in early April. Wil is a very knowledgeable young man; he and Austin have answered all my questions about their algorithms and setup requirements. Together they have put me in the driver seat of my own investment strategy. This is a great company to use for your investments, I would highly recommend them to anyone starting out or even a seasoned investor. I wish the best of luck to the entire Algo team.
