Quite skeptical at first!! Met Jason and Austin in Florida for dinner and felt more comfortable with the bot. First few months the bot wasnt doing much. I swapped over from a traditional IRA manager that was only getting about 1% returns per year to this.
In the past six months the account has made up for the cost of the transition as well as profited roughly 10% of the accounts value.
The service is fantastic with them helping with the process in setting up as well as rapidly answering any questions I may have.

With Algo Exchange I've had solid returns with lower risk. To mitigate risk you have the ability to utilize a mix of different strategies, reasonable stop losses and no martingale strategies. Returns have been excellent given a wild market. The team is professional and responsive. I've increased my investment given the excellent returns and experience.

These algo’s have performed as described. Service is excellent. The team will help you set up your account, fund it and then just let the Algorithms do their job.

As with any investment there is risk , make sure you understand there can be draw down and market seasonality. I’m a happy customer and will continue to add to my account and watch it grow.

I've been using Algo Exchange, and I absolutely love the service. The company is tremendous, and what stands out the most is how responsive they are—whether it's returns or calls, they handle everything personally. Their Slack channel is a great tool for communication, making it quick and easy to get the information I need.

Since the middle of September, the performance has averaged 4-5% per month, and I’m impressed by how consistent it has been, even in both up and down markets. I also want to highlight Mark, my Customer Success Manager, who went above and beyond to help me with a simple issue with my email. As someone in my 80s, I can be a challenge to work with on tasks like this, but Mark was incredibly patient and helpful.

Before I joined, Chris was my consultant. He was very personable, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel low-pressure. His honest, direct approach was a refreshing experience.

Been with Algo for a little over a month now - and here's my experience. Great upfront process with Chris - he was very informative, PATIENT (as I had a lot of questions), and understanding that there's a lot of natural suspicion around offers like this.

Since being on for month (doing Falcon), it's been up and down - which takes a stomach to get used to seeing the losses. But I'm up overall what I was hoping for. Just added a new strategy (Millennium) this month, to diversify.

Mark - on fulfillment - is extremely available and responsive (in addition to others who jump in to respond quickly). Really great to know that you have a team of people who are so available. Like, literally, you'll have an answer in just an hour or two (during biz hours, and sometimes outside them). Mark has met with me several times on a weekend to help adjust setting or get me setup.

The only thing I wish is if they had a regular newsletter or some sort of communication from the top on what they are focusing on, developing, tweaking. Suppose it's not really necessary if the results are there, but it would be nice. People are always available to communicate and answer questions, if you ask on Slack. I guess it would just feel reassuring to hear that the company is looking at macro trends, and market conditions and tweaking things to stay on top of it. I'm sure they are, but it's hard not to feel a bit in the dark.

But overall, looking forward to a long and profitable relationship here!

Working with Algo Exchange has been a fantastic experience. When I joined, they provided clear information on which strategy aligned best with my investment goals. I have been a client for about a month and am pleased with the profits I am seeing using the Falcon V2 Strategy. The intelligence built into the software really works. Algo that works a described. I have 3 different Algorithmic Bots including that of Algo Exchange. Algo Exchange works as described and the team cares about its costumer.

Pluses of the programs
-funds are held in USA and Insured.
-Team is extremely responsive even in the evening and weekends. Other Algos you need to submit a sevice request and see when they get back to you. at Algo exchange they respond with brief times in the same day.
-At the end of time the Algo is profitable, but patience is required.

Neutral Comments
- in general the ALGO has more loosing trades then winning trades, but t he winning trades are much larger and loosing trades are small.
-system may sometimes not be in trades for days or even weeks if it does not meet trading parameters. (which could be frustrating if you are impatient). I have been hopping from 1 system to another due to adding additional funds. I started off with predator which did not perform well over about 2 months (about 7% down) then changed to falcon v2 and did about 25-30% up over 2 months. so portfolio is up about 20%.

Review algo once a week or once a month and let it do its job.

Got my goal in two months 30 percent return. Busy schedule this allows me to get returns without relying on my advisor all the time.

Great technology and industry leading reporting. AE provides FULL transparency in an industry that is not often so open. Love the easy way to consume and use the signals. Highly recommend anyone looking for automated trading to consider AE as part of their portfolio.

From the very beginning of our journey to find an honest and transparent group, Jason, Austin and their team have delivered. Answered every question we had with full disclosure. This is such a technical skillset that most people don't understand how difficult it is to get right and so very easy to get wrong or just fake it. Algo Exchange is the real deal and we are so pleased with the performance and the relationship we have.

The staff is attentive to details and listens to clients to help with any issue. The staff is very knowledgable.

My son Ryan is a trader, and he had saved some hard earned money trading and working. He decided to put some of his saving in something automatic. Something he trusts. Austin and the guys at algo exchange have put a lot of investment into this technology and I've been skeptical but I've been in it with 180k for about 4 1/2 months with the falcon and I'm sitting at approximately 242K counting withdrawals and current balance. That has been more than I ever expected.It's a blessing to pull a lot of my retirement out of a shotty annuity and into something that actually makes money. I highly suggest you look into this. Let me start by saying I was 100% skeptic and thought this was a complete scam BUT to my surprise this investment has been one of the best risks I’ve ever taken. From start to finish Jason and the entire Algo Exchange team have been amazing. The Algo I purchased is better than I could have ever dreamed. I totally endorse this company and product. Thank you guys! Looking forward to working with you for a very long time!!!

I know what all of you are thinking about all these AI stock companies promising the moon on social media. I was skeptical as well. But Austin's ad was different. He was showing losses! That said something to me. Maybe there is something more to this company. So I decided to call their bluff - if they had one. I contacted AE and spoke with Jason. Told him I wanted to meet in person and at their place of business (most won't). I'm from Illinois. They are in Florida. Jason gladly welcomed the meeting.
After meeting and speaking with him for about 2-3 hours, I knew this company was legitimate and honest. Fully disclosed everything. Showed me live trades and explained the business.
When I was ready to invest, Jason and Austin worked with me to get me on board. I started in March. Not a very profitable month, had a loss in April, but that was the market then. Remember to keep your losses small and profits bigger. If you think you shouldn't have any losses AT ALL with an AI algorithm, then this isn't for you. I'm sticking with this company long term because I know the algorithm works for the long and short of the markets. Jason, Austin and the rest of Algo Exchange are honest and transparent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Update: Since this review was posted, I have unsubscribed to this program after being in it for 6 months. I feel the algorithm needs improvement. In mid July to beginning of August 2024, the market took a nose dive. The algorithm parameters did not cause my account to get out nor short the market - and it was a huge dip! NASDAQ went from 18600 to 15700 and the algorithm did nothing. Again, around August 20 to September 9, 2024, the market took another dive from 17900 to 16900 and again, the algorithm failed. After that, I let my account recuperate a bit of a small profit before pulling out. After some research, I would have been more successful doing my own trades - which I still continue to do so.
This program may be geared more towards someone that knows nothing of the markets yet knows enough that you should be in the markets and doesn’t want to be bothered by the day to day involvement of maintaining one’s own account. That’s perfectly fine. I’m just saying it wasn’t for me. I was maybe expecting a bit more. I still stand by my previous review regarding my meeting the individuals behind this company. They are honest and trustworthy and are a pleasure to do business with and wish them much continued success.

This company is honest and professional. I did my homework and back ground deeply. Austin and the team know what they are doing and have a passion for the future of investments and state of the art trading. The nuts and bolts of their program and what they offer are essentially as follows:

* Austin and the Co. bring his proven track record in the futures trading to the trading strategy space with state of the art automated trading tech. He speaks all languages from, trading, back end development, and quantitative/data analysis which is truly the edge this company has over any others claiming superiority.
* Futures Algorithim Strategies that are linked directly to your own brokerage account. Not managed or controlled by anyone but you.
* They monitor their strategies "lift the hood", pause , or decide remove if things change in the system.
* You have full control and liquidity unlike other similar deals you would be invested in aka Hedge Fund at a typical 2 year lock up period where you cannot touch your money.

In a nut shell the licensing subscription allows you to have exposure to high end financial market strategy and tech that is typically only available to very high networth individuals or family offices. To top it off the customer service is stellar. The team are always around to answer any questions.

Please note this is not for someone who can't handle losing money in order to make money. You will have down days and up days. The way this works is you have more wins the losses. Make sure you are a right fit for this. Overall this is a great system and company to diversify your investments with their strategies. I highly recommend them. -C. Alan

Great experience. 6-10% passive income with their trade systems. Austin is always available to help setting the best trading algo based on time and period of the year. Jason on the support and technical side has jumped few times in zoom with me to show me how to set the systems at their best setup to help me get better results and ROI. They are the most legitimate trading algo business in the market so far. And I tried a LOT.

1 month in and my account is sitting up 23% and I literally haven't lifted a finger I can't believe it.

I had probably one of the more complicated setups in needing to roll a 401k into a roth IRA but the team got me all set up and squared away readily. For anyone skeptical or questioning whether this is legit - it really is legit - their system plugs into your accounts so you get to keep the funds in your possession and they go to work!

For comparison, I've also tried a similar automated service from a different company that leverages crypto and that has been a nightmare - so glad I gave this a shot!
