I had ordered the wrong item. The throng body instead of the one without, my fault entirely.
I rang to explain as I had only ordered it two days before & thought they might not of dispatched it yet.
The phone was answered by Alicia herself who was lovely & couldn't have been more helpful.
I explained what had happened & that I was going away the following week & had wanted it to take away
The item had already been dispatched but she sent me another one & didn't charge me for sending the replacement out, just told me to return the throng body which I have done.
Couldn't ask for better service & so lovely to find somebody who trusted me to send the first one back.
And the body....so comfortable, fits well & looks great.
Will definitely be buying more shapewear from Alicia

What fantastic shapewear, I have all the camis and both of the second skins. The camis are so elegant and pretty and I have comments whenever I wear them. The second skin does completely do its job making you feel all tucked in and very slim. Would recommend both these products. The thong I never thought would be comfortable but I am so surprised. No more panty lines showing through your summer trousers

I first tried the black lace cami, with an element of apprehension because I had only ever previously felt uncomfortable with any form of shape wear. I absolutely loved wearing this. I happily wore it all day, and immediately realised that I wanted one in the cream to wear under all of the lighter clothing I had. I have recently bought the thong bodies - in nude and black. Both are the most comfortable thongs I have ever purchased/worn. I would most definitely recommend them to others. It's rare we find comfort with style but Alicia has certainly achieved that.

Just received my second skin body thong . How did we ever survive without it . So comfortable and supportive .Just ordered the black one as well . These are going to be an everyday wear so will be buying more in due course . Buy them you won’t regret it for a minute .

Perfect shape-wear that makes you feel fantastic.It smooths lumps and bumps and the thong version avoids all VPLs !! No bra needed and can be worn simply under a jacket/ shirt or wear as a layering piece to keep you warm.

I have a lace cami and 2 bodies. For years I've looked for and bought lots of Shapewear. Nothing compares to these from Alicia Kite. They do the job, they are beautifully made. You feel supported but not restricted and must of all you don't bulge out somewhere else (unlike those others I've tried)
Love that the cami can be worn underneath or on show.

I have recently bought the black body shapewear listed as a size 16 on the website and it's lovely ❤️ As a woman with a 36 H/38GG bust (after menopause) I am constantly searching for beautiful underwear for every occasion. I wear a size 14 trouser and I'm 5ft 8' - I tried the shapewear camisole but the outer fabric was too tight over the bust. This body is a great find! Alicia superb, next venture please make it with a thong pant!! X

Ordered Tuesday and received yesterday, considering Christmas post this is my first Wow. Second Wow is the nude cami fits like a glove and will be brilliant under tighter fitting garments without needing to wear a bra or under blouses as second layer. Brilliantly made and so versatile.

I already have a cami which is fabulous and couldn’t resist getting a body. I can see why Alicia says it’s a second skin. It smooths your outline and gives confidence and great posture.

This cami completely lives up to my expectations. I am 78 and have bought many types and brands of shapewear over the years. None were dual purpose, none were perfect, none were beautiful, this cami is all of those things. It is ageless and will suit the young and the not so young. I particularly like the higher underarm fit. It makes such a difference. 10/10 for this one.
