I understand your concern regarding the renewal of your sponsorship and appreciate you sharing your perspective.

However, the sponsorship was not presented as a one time purchase. During the purchase process, the sponsorship is identified as a monthly subscription, and the recurring nature of the service is disclosed in several places.

Specifically:

• The checkout page identifies the sponsorship as a monthly plan.
• After purchase, a confirmation message displays the date of the next scheduled charge.
• The confirmation email includes the next billing date.
• Your Sponsorship Dashboard displays your subscription details, including the next charge date and the option to cancel.
• The Sponsorship Terms, which must be agreed to before completing the purchase, state: "When you purchase a Community Sponsorship on a subscription basis, you acknowledge that these are recurring charges that will be billed monthly or annually until canceled by you."

The initial sponsorship commitment period and the ongoing subscription terms are also outlined in the Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.

Because the sponsorship remained active and was not canceled prior to the renewal date, the subsequent charge was processed as part of the active subscription. As a result, we are unable to provide a refund for the renewal charge.

We understand that you may be disappointed with this outcome, but the subscription and renewal information were disclosed throughout the purchase and account experience, and the charge was processed in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
