Meaningful Connections
I've made more meaningful connections over the course of three virtual events in one week than I have in over 13 years in business. I also attended an in-person event and left with quite a few business owners and entrepreneurs to follow up with. But hands down, Chuck Casto's Smart Connect: Find Your Soul Tribe and Power Hour are my new sources of inspiration and like-minded business owners. I'm struggling to keep up with communications and meetings offline.

This is such a great example of what can happen when you lean into the events and really show up consistently. It sounds like you’ve built some incredible momentum in a short amount of time.
If it’s starting to feel like a lot, you might try prioritizing follow-ups based on alignment or immediate opportunity, and give yourself permission to pace the rest. Keeping a simple system for tracking conversations can really help you stay organized as your network grows.

I absolutely LOVE Alignable and the…
I absolutely LOVE Alignable and the connections made on the platform.
There are 2 challenges with the site though:
1) You can't make enough connections without paying way too much. I find the 40 connections-per-month limit far too low for the cost. On LinkedIn, you can get 200 connections per WEEK for $79.
2) Not being able to set up events without the prior authorization of an Alignable person is VERY frustrating and cumbersome. How do you get people attracted to what you have to offer if you can't really connect with them in the best way possible for your brand? Again, this is very limiting.
So, if more connections were possible (WITHOUT having to ask for introductions), AND being able to set up events from your page, I wouldn't have a thing to complain about. The site has MANY wonderful options and opportunities otherwise. 🙂

We’re very intentional about keeping connection requests lower, as it encourages more meaningful, relationship focused interactions rather than high volume outreach or marketing driven messages, which is a key way Alignable differs from platforms like LinkedIn. In the same spirit, events are currently limited to group leaders so we can ensure hosts are vetted and focused on true networking and business growth, not self promotion.
Alignable is built around quality over quantity, and your feedback highlights how important that balance is as you continue to grow your network.
