I find that the behavior of case…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AllCleared Solutions. The behavior of their case management team has been consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright disrespectful.
When reaching out for assistance or clarification, I have been met with a tone that feels more like being scolded than supported. The way some staff communicate is unnecessarily harsh—comparable to dealing with a military drill instructor rather than a service provider that is supposed to guide and assist clients.
What is most concerning is the emotional impact. Every time I call, I feel increased stress and anxiety instead of reassurance. As a client trying to navigate complex matters, I expect clear, respectful communication. Instead, I often receive dismissive or vague responses, particularly when asking reasonable, well-researched questions. Being told “no” without proper explanation or being given incomplete answers only adds to the frustration.
A company in this line of work should prioritize professionalism, empathy, and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements in how clients are treated.
