When we decided to trademark our brand, we reached out to Trademark Factory because of their great reviews, and they didn't dissapoint! They handled the application process and office actions professionally, kept me informed through email, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Trademark Factory is the only place I would go to trademark your product
Trademark Factory is the only place I would recommend for trademarking your products. For someone who volunteers in a non-profit organization, they took all the stress off of the process. Did all the paperwork, filing, tracking, monthly updates on how slow the government process could be, and really helped with any and all questions I had or that my board had with regards to what we could or could not do with our organizational symbols we wanted to trademark. Highly recommend letting the professionals do this for you, it is worth every penny! Great job and kudos to all of the agents we spoke with during this process.

This is a good product because on a mild curiosity I realized I needed to protect my brand of what I was uniquely capable of doing that other editors or programs used wouldn't stand as much of a chance to do what I do as a business and even though there's not as much to worry about danger-wise in protecting it, it's still a good idea since these are coming up more and more frequently. That was evident from the first meeting with Jamie and I felt genuinely supported the whole process through.

My experience with Trademark Factory was great they worked with me until I was able to get the exact name for my business name it took several try's but they were very patient and diligent throughout the entire process, handled my application and all of the paperwork. I really love that I can go to the dashboard for updates, and also had the option to speak with professional counsel.

Trademark Factory is amazing! They had already helped me obtain two different trademarks for my business. The third one we applied for and attempted to get originally was unsuccessful. However, without my even knowing, TF continued to monitor the situation and worked toward obtaining the third one. And they did! After a couple of years of consistent effort, I got word that the third one is now registered! Well done TF and thank you so much for your efforts!

My trademark partner
I discovered Tradefactory on google and did extensive research on their process. In the end, made the decision to go with them and was guided from start to finish. It was a lengthy turnaround, but they did advise this was the standard timeframe.
