I have been with ALLDEALS for a couple of years and my household has two accounts. I was loyal to them and would recommend / promote / nag this to all my friends!! What happened you ask?

Well I discovered that the second household accounts was owed a few thousand dollars!! (not exaggerating sadly). The checks reimbursements were sent to a separate checkbook.io email processing account. When I discovered the years worth of echecks I started clicking immediately!! I was very happy to discover where this money drain was coming from!

Then, I started getting EXPIRED notices!! After claiming what echecks I could, then I totaled up what was owed and emailed the ALLDEALS customer service thru the website. After told to check with checkbook.io, then ALLDEALS informs me that my SEVERAL thousand dollars will NOT be reissued / returned to me!

The sad part to me is that ALLDEALS would website message me to submit a review over and over or would if there was an account issue, but felt that me losing thousands was not worth a 10 second chat message.

Now instead of just resolving this important issue, ALLDEALS has forced me to contact my state Attorney General's office after 4 months of back and forth messages! SBT

On both accounts, it says PAID on the ALLDEALS website.

Do not buy from this site. They are not sending refunds anymore. They get paid by the sellers to promote items and pass on the rebate, but this company is being greedy and keeping the money hoping that we will forget about the rebate. I don't know why they think I'm not going to return things but I will be returning everything to Amazon to get my money back. I will also alert Amazon about the scams. I plan to file on FTC report as well.

I have had several issues with alldeals but now this is the last straw.

First a few months ago they just cancelled all my orders with no reason shared. It took a lot of back and forth to finally resolve. I was losing hundreds of dollars potentially. While it was eventually fixed, it could be easy to miss, and luckily, I was paying attention.

Then, of course, they’re now charging 5% to get our money, which is just ridiculous in itself. I understand having charges for specific withdrawals, but there should be at least 1 free option.

Now I had reached out to them because they cancelled 2 orders early. It said I had to submit the survey by Jan 24th. I went do to it on Jan 24th, and they were cancelled. By the 24th means by end of the day, or else it would say before Jan 24th or by Jan 23rd.

I reached out right away to the chatbot and they created a ticket. Then I got a response a few days later, and they tried to tell me I submitted it on the 25th even though I sent multiple screenshots with proof I sent it on the 24th and then they just go back to telling me I submitted on the 25th when ever screenshot says the 24th.

This company will take money from you in anyway they can. I’m sure most of you have, but you just haven’t noticed because they are very sneaky about it.

If you like companies stealing money from you, definitely use them. If not, I would cash out and cancel, which is what I’ll be doing. I’m sick of this scam website.

I have been with alldeals from day one as a very active member. Refunds have slowed down and come to a complex stop. They owe me over $800 since December. I'm supposed to be paid much sooner as I am at the top level.

There are many more like me. The owner and his wife post frequent lavish vacations on social media while not processing our refunds.

Avoid this company at all costs. FYI, THEY EMAIL ASKING FOR POSITIVE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS AND PICTURES OF YOU HOLDING YOUR REFUND!

This company USED to be great but now have changed to taking 5% back for processing and rolled it out in a horrible way. You don't even know about it until you get paid- that's if you get paid. They used to be so timely and now it's months when I'm supposed to be on 5 day payout schedule per my tier. STAY AWAY!!

All Deals owes me money. I have put in many tickets asking where my money is. They keep giving me generic replies saying it’s coming. Do not trust them. No one is getting reimbursed. The payouts have been delayed since September. Now they’re chsrhging everyone 5% off their payouts. They’re charging us for our money. That’s wild considering they haven’t paid on time for 4 months. If you complain on Circle, their messaging platform, they mute you, your’e unable to say anything. There is zero customer service. I’m returning my products to Amazon. I’m done with All Deals.

All Deals continues to get worse with time. Sellers were offering 100% rebates before and now AllDeals isn’t offering a full payout even though the sellers are willing to. They just keep creating new ways to take money from the buyers. Including the new 5% they’re taking on every single payment. They hold payments longer than promised and continue to break all promised expectations. Customer service is a joke. They take days to respond and are incompetent. The workers rely on the website to manage everything and when the website can’t do something, it take days for a human to fix or figure out since they don’t know what they’re doing. Anything that is “escalated” to any team will not be fixed for weeks. The company’s communication is also severely lacking. I used to love AllDeals. Now I’m angry & unsatisfied.

This company has repeatedly delayed payments by weeks, offers little to no transparency with plenty of excuses, is constantly changing prices throughout the day, and now is going to be implementing a 5% processing fee on every payout (that was only disclosed in an email that many members did not even receive). They are unreliable, and they make it clear that they do not value customers or their feedback. They used to be better than this. It’s disappointing to see what greed has done to their business.

They ask for a lot of details, screen grabs, etc then more after delivery. They PROMISE different payout times depending on your "level" but NEVER pay on time. They mostly have eventually paid but I've been shorted money already. Lately payments are delayed by WEEKS & now there's an email that they are charging 5% to pay users money they owe!!! So collect interest on money for over a month then charge 5% for it. Pretty sure that's illegal!!

This starts off well, then they will start denying all of your orders and you won't get paid back. Then they will harass you by email over 10 times when the problem is they never paid you back. They will deny things that make no sense.

This company used to be reliable, a long time ago.
Now, they constantly advertise for 72 hour payouts without following through. Several payouts for orders over the past 6 months have been delayed more than a week past the payment date including the ones that they are expressly marketing for 72 hour payouts.
This is blatant false advertising. They should not promote the 72 hour payouts while knowing that they will not complete it on time.
I have lost all faith in this company.

Don't do it. This company takes their time refunding you and doesn't care if something happens. You really need to reconsider buying from this. Your Amazon/Walmart accounts can be shut down.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with All Deals. They run the whole process very efficiently. I never have to worry about tracking my reimbursements. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Alldeals used to be great but they have not kept up their end by actually processing rebates and coming up with excuses for not giving out rebates after following their rules. I'm tired of them not paying out. It has become a scam

I have been using Alldeals since it started. You get way too many emails from them, but the deals make it worth while, especially if you have time to spare. I donate many of the purchases I make to charity, or give them as samples to friends & caregivers. They offer a variety of health supplements, and some beauty products, plus occasional household items. The process is fairly simple and payments come within a few weeks.

I've been here for several years, and whenever a problem arises, communication is effective and the issue is resolved. Therefore, my five stars are solid.

Although I loved Elite Deals, AllDeals is a bunch of nonsense. They are holding up over $500 in rebates. I have spoken to online customer service over 100 times with no resolution and there is no phone number to call. It feels like the company is playing games instead of honoring their promises. Seth needs to get it together or many people will press legal action very soon.
