They do not send payments. It's a scam.

They havent send my almost a year long rebate earned

If you are an Amazon seller, do NOT use RebateKey.

Amazon does not allow this model and using it can put your account at risk of suspension.

The system can be abused by buyers ( which happend to me) who get the rebate payout and then refund the product, leaving the seller at a loss.

It’s simply not worth the risk.

Rebate Key is stealing my Money as a seller. I can't withdraw the balance on the account, and I've contacted the support like many times and it's always no action, just stalling Cause they simply bore you to death so you forget it.

As with a lot of people, RebateKey was stalling with payments that should have been made on time. Had to write several times to get even the last payment they'd sent.
Wrote a review about it. RebateKey then suspended my account and now refuses to send the rest of the payouts, about $500.
REMEMBER: IF you have a complaint about RebateKey, get all your payouts FIRST. They'll cheat you, otherwise.
Now, I have to go to each individual seller to get my money back and make complaints to Amazon and Etsy about this fraudulent, shady group.

I have been using RebateKey for quite a long time. Recently, I sent some questions to them and received a quick reply. It led me to leave their reviews. Be honest, I was really shocked that there were many unhappy people..
I received about $3400 in rebates after purchasing products so far. I am a big fan of RebateKey.!!

Update: I still have not received a response from customer service & have not received my rebate. I purchased an item from Etsy & submitted the documents needed to rebatekey to get the rebate. I am new to the site & am having troubles with the authorization code they sent in the mail working, as well as the email code not being sent to my email. I’ve reached out to their customer service 4 times now, with no response. They do not have a phone number, so you contact via their website only.

I am actually kind of shocked by the poor reviews here. I’ve probably purchased upwards of $1000 through Rebatekey and have ALWAYS received my rebate money on time and in full. I do use PayPal for the rebates, so maybe that’s why my experience is more positive….I’m not sure. I will say that they used to have a ton more free products than currently available, but there are still some free ones on the website. You aren’t going to get a free car or anything, but sometimes you find some cool things to get.

I have been using Rebate Key for a while but within the last few months they are not giving rebates at all anymore. They removed the option to change how you receive your rebates and customer service doesn't respond to messages. The error on my account page is saying it's an issue with my paypal, but I have looked into it and see that I'm not the only one with this same issue. I am owed almost $200 in rebates.

I have bought over 100+ items on RebateKey over the past decade, and all of them have been paid as advertised. It makes me glad that I can get affordable supplements and hair care products from a trusted site like Amazon, and then get cash back. Recently, the RebateKey support was able to help me with an issue quickly. I will remain a loyal customer.

I started my first campaign here and out of 3 rebates claimed, 2 are frauds.
1 gave an order id that doesn't even exist, 1 claimed rebate from my campaign on rebaid.com and rebatekey with the same order id.

Would stay away from this customer pool!

Never received pay out checks because they kept telling me had the wrong email address which I did not. Contacted support multiple times up to six with no resolution. Kept getting the same error that my email address was incorrect but then they keep sending me messages to the same email over and over and over and over

Anyone shouldn't buy anything from there. You cannot reach customer service and your money back. It's totally scam. I sent several emails but there was no response and didn't get my money back.

I've worked with them for years, found out after June, they weren't sending out checks anymore. A weekly email said a check was in the mail, but I didn't recieve them for months. They didn't respond to queries about checks not recieved. Eventually things got back on track but took months to recieve 12 checks due to me. If you cannot afford to wait for a payment for a rebate, try a different site.

I have been using Rebate Key for a few years. They had always been on time with payments. In June of this year they stopped sending out payments to myself, my mom and other people were complaining of this as well. They did not tell people what was going on. But recently they did start paying out again, they sent me all of what they owed me and now seem to be back on track. I'm not sure why they never communicated what was going on so people would be more understanding.

Just found I had not received 5 checks from rebatekey. I want to file a claim at BBB. However, I could not find their address, so I can not find the company at BBB.org. I wonder how to proceed? Thanks.

RebateKey is no longer sending out rebates. They do not respond to customer service emails nor is their phone number taking calls. I am filing a complaint with BBB.

This used to be a good site, but I have not received any of the promised checks since June. They do not respond to my messages & there is no phone number to call. Now they are just taking your money & keeping it.
I have filed a complaint with BBB for online retailers. Please file your complaint also to spread the word & try to get our money back.
