Truly impressive service. I have been ordering at agc for few years now. I am really amazed with the fast delivery and great customer support.

I ordered a supply of HcG from the vendor. They substituted the product for something that was not appropriate. They refused to resend the correct product and then when I filled a dispute with the credit card company send me an email claiming that I disputed the product they were upset insisted that I was requesting a refund and was using it. They refused to acknowledge any of my requests to re-send the correct product and/or reimburse me for my shipping of the product back to them, which ended up being at my own expense. The communication is slow at best and their customer service and how they speak to people is beyond terrible.

My order got to the US quickly and the communication was great!

I was so happy with this company. The cost was GREAT. I assumed the shipping would take forever but I had a tracking number within 24 hours and had my package a couple of days later. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will be returning for purchases in the future.

Just received my second order through All Generic Cure, and I must say that this is the best experience I've had with any other online medication providers.

First off, they offer reasonable payment methods and don't force you into sketchy payment options like WesternUnion, etc.

Second, they offer a wide variety of medications with detailed descriptions of the product, dosage information, as well as accurate information on the format and quantity including images of the exact packaging/product you will receive.

Thirdly they have quite attentive and informative customer communication and support throughout the entire checkout and shipping process.

Both of my orders were quite large, containing about 1-2 months worth of hormone management medications.

In both cases, I received a payment invoice within 24 hours and then was sent a tracking number the day after completing payment.

I've heard instances where other medication providers might delay shipment without warning until a product becomes available again.

As it turns out, my second order with them included a medication that was no longer in inventory due to low demand.

AGC reached out to me very quickly to make me aware of the issue and also offer an in-stock alternative.

The suggested alternative was sufficient, so I confirmed my choice via email reply and my payment invoice was updated shortly after.

The shipping in every case was fast in my experience, especially considering AGC isn't located in my country of origin, so shipments take a bit longer for me.

In both cases, by the time I had opened the tracking code link, AGC had already exchanged the package with their local postal service.

During the shipment of my first order, my package spent three days being sorted in the origin post office, two days in customs, and arrived at my doorstep four days later (9 days total).

The shipping for my second order was a bit slower. In this case my package spent three days in the origin post office, eight days in customs, then arrived two days later (13 days total).

In both cases the packaging itself was pretty simplistic, no logos, wrapped in white plastic, with only the origin address plus label indicating that the package contains medical supplements, presumably for customs entry.

The products themselves were very carefully packaged inside the box with padding, presumably to avoid damage to the products themselves.

Each product was completely as expected, unmodified in its original packaging/container from the factory as well as the original documentation, notes, and warning papers in each box.

The only thing I could think might be better are the prices, which really aren't too bad in the first place, but can be difficult in some cases where long term treatment is necessary.

Luckily, there was a site-wide promotion going on both times I ordered through AGC, which helped bring down costs a bit.

All things considered, I would rate my experience with AGC 5/5 stars, and would have no issue ordering with them again or recommending them to anyone looking for an alternative medication provider.
