Technician was very respectful and helpful!!!

They just called me to replace my alarm system in my home. When i asked where their service technician was located near me he was unable to answer and hung up on me. If your sales person cannot tell me where your technician is located in Ohio?

Mr. Guy Caliri seemed very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He looks like a man who has a lot of prior experience and we want that.

I had really horrible customer service with this company,had to constantly call over and over about being billed before my due date and leaving messages constantly . The equipment is pretty good having an issue with one of my outside cameras tech cane out and camera still not working properly it goes in and out blinking constantly,the reason I’m giving five stars is because today I finally got a call from a great representative who went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved his name was Bill Mulcahey in customer service out of all the reps I’ve spoken I felt with this guy did an awesome job thanks a lot

I thought I was going to have an issue when calling this morning about an equipment malfunction last night. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken care of very quickly and verified that my system was operating as advertised. The reason for only 4 stars is that I wish there was a better way to get in contact with someone after hours. As this malfunction happened late in the evening I had some difficulty navigating my way through phone menus trying to figure out who I was speaking with and how they were involved with handling my security system. All in all I would recommend Alliance Security to friends and family, but I would recommend having them explain better how there monitoring of your system works.

Nice guys very knowledgeable really care about what he does and make sure that his customer are taking care of.

Adrian was very courteous and professional.. He installed my Ring doorbell and showed me how t of properly use it

Adrian is an outstanding, respectful, communicative, knowledgeable installer. He made us feel comfortable and we made the decision largely based on his customer service . If he has not had a merit increase lately I would suggest he receive one!

I got a alarm system to b safe in my house of the neighborhood and I had a very wonderful alarm tech guy name Adrian he was wonderful he did a great job and I feel safe already.

Mr Adrian has been absolutely exceptional, he Is very friendly, showed up on time, and has been very professional. We appreciate the safety that comes with the Alliance security company. Mr Adrian has represented his company better than we could have hoped for. We will be recommending mr Adrian and the Alliance company to all of our loved ones.
