Very helpful from the outset with staff answering the phone promptly. Survey clearly structured in sections and using traffic light system (red, orange and green) for actions required.

A fantastic team and company
My experience with Allied Surveyors was great. I cannot praise the team enough. Both Diane and Julian were brilliant. They were both proactive, efficient, informative and extremely helpful. They made my whole experience so much easier and smooth. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in future if required.

The surveyor arrived on schedule and I received a detailed report almost immediately. Very easy process from ringing up and they arranged a date with my vendor, nothing else for me to do. Thankyou

Excellent service from Allied Surveyors. The survey was carried out professionally, and the report was clear, detailed and easy to understand. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout the process, and the fee was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. A striaghtforward, smooth and easy process.

Great service very detailed
Great service. Fitted in very quickly and was very accommodating and survey provided within 2 days of survey being carried out which was amazing as heard some forms take well over a week to produce. Survey was very detailed and brilliant guidance provided.

Value far below market value
Used 2 irrelevant comparators and the third was valued 55k more than what they valued mine at. Extremely lowball figure. If you are selling stay clear of this company.

We needed a Surveyor fast as we are in…
We needed a Surveyor fast as we are in a chain to buy a new build property and could loose our preferred plot. The ladies doing the initial quote and booking were very helpful, tried their best to accommodate us and couldn't thank them enough.
Good customer service these days is hard to find, and so I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Personal touch
I’m not sure if it’s a very small team in the office or just the amazing personal feel of the group. You speak to one person and they know who you are and who’s dealing with you and what you are calling about. It’s lovely to speak to people and not “I’ll get you transferred to that team”. They are hard working and thorough with the work they complete also.

The survey results settled my mind with…
The survey results settled my mind with the purchase of my property. Being a single parent the survey reassured me of things that needed to be done in order of priority so I could budget around my children. I would like to thank Kieran for going through the survey step by step so I knew exactly what the main problems were.

5 Star Review - would highly recommend
I received a comprehensive RICS Level 2 survey within 2 weeks of the surveyor's visit to the property. Simon was brilliant; he called me and walked me through the points from the survey and provided me with guidance on areas for improvement based on the Amber and Red alerts.
I would highly recommend Allied Surveyors to anyone moving into a new property or buying their first property. Sometimes it can feel quite scary reading a detailed report, but if you decide to use Allied, a lot of those worries will disappear due to their customer care and clarity.
