We used Allied Surveyors & Valuers Ltd for our RICS valuation and honestly couldn’t fault them. The whole experience was so quick and incredibly easy from start to finish — everything moved much faster than we expected and there was no hassle at all.
Mark carried out the valuation and he was absolutely brilliant — such a friendly, helpful guy who put us completely at ease straight away. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and was just lovely to deal with.
The report came through really quickly, was clear and accurate, and exactly what we needed for our mortgage application. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about making things smooth for their customers.
If you need a valuation, I’d 100% recommend Allied Surveyors & Valuers Ltd

Excellent service
Excellent service, impressed with the detail in the survey and very impressed with the follow up call from the surveyor to talk us through and answer any questions that we had. I would definitely use them again .

Exceptional service
This is the second time that I have used Allied Surveyors to carry out a house survey for me, and once again I have not been disappointed by the customer care that I have received. Joanne in the office is very friendly and helpful. She will explain anything that you need to know about the survey. Peter does a thorough job of surveying and provides a written report that you can understand. If you have any questions he is readily available to answer them. The customer service from these two is exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The response to my initial enquiry was timely and I was kept informed on fees, timings and the process. Once the property was inspected the report came digitally quickly followed by a full papaer copy for records.

Very good service. The surveyor was very thorough and uncovered a lot of things that we didn't know were there. Definitely worth the money.
