Non avrei messo neanche una stella. State alla larga da questa azienda, acquistato un R2500, dopo meno di un mese ha smesso di funzionare e da lì è iniziata la presa in giro di mail automatizzate per perdere tempo.
Sono riusciti a ritirarmi il dispositivo per la sostituzione solo dopo due mesi ma dopo più di 50 giorni mi continuano a dire che non è più disponibile in magazzino e si rifiutano di fare un rimborso cosa che avrebbero dovuto fare da subito visto che di è rotto dopo meno di 30 giorni.
Vi terrò informati come andrà a finire...al momento neanche rispondono più alle mail, non sanno più cosa inventarsi.

Bad product and worse service. The power station didn't work when it arrived. They wasted my time for as long as possible before replacing it and a year later I'm here again with the same issue and the same time wasting

Achtung – Finger weg! Miserabler Kundenservice und keine Kulanz bei defekten Geräten

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit Allpowers teilen, um andere vor ähnlichen Problemen zu warnen. Ich habe eine Powerstation gekauft, die bereits defekt geliefert wurde. Ein klarer Sachmangel – sowas kann passieren, aber wie ein Unternehmen damit umgeht, zeigt, wie kundenorientiert es wirklich ist.

Leider war der weitere Ablauf alles andere als professionell oder kundenfreundlich. Statt den offensichtlichen Defekt unkompliziert über Garantie oder Gewährleistung abzuwickeln, verlangt Allpowers von mir, dass ich die Rückversandkosten für den Austausch selbst übernehme. Für mich absolut unverständlich – besonders, wenn es sich eindeutig um einen Mangel handelt, den ich nicht verursacht habe.

Was die Sache noch schlimmer macht:
Ich habe über drei Wochen lang mit dem Support diskutiert, sämtliche Nachweise geliefert und geduldig versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. Doch nach unzähligen Nachrichten kam am Ende nur noch eine Standardantwort, ohne jegliches Eingehen auf meine Situation oder meine Fragen.

Für mich zeigt das ganz klar: Der Kundenservice ist weder hilfsbereit noch daran interessiert, Probleme wirklich zu lösen. Kund*innen bleiben am Ende mit den Kosten und dem Ärger allein zurück.

Ich kann Allpowers daher definitiv nicht empfehlen. Finger weg, wenn euch ein fairer Umgang und verlässlicher Support wichtig sind.

Questo uno dei tanti proverbi coi quali sono stato cresciuto, e "tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene".
Ho acquistato un pannello solare, del valore di circa 100€, ma quando l'ho ricevuto era privo di tutta l'accessorisitica che avrebbe dovuto avere.
Seppur essendo trascorso un po di tempo dalla ricezione, ho contestato la difettosità al venditore, che prontamente si è attivato per permettermi il reso a costo zero, per poi ricevere il nuovo pannello corredato di tutti gli accessori.

Questa, per me, si chiama serietà!!!

**Review of the PowerStation R600**

I purchased the **PowerStation R600** and used it properly for about a year without any issues. However, out of nowhere and without any warning, the device completely stopped working. When I tried to turn it on, there was a **small explosion**, and ever since then, every time I plug it into power, the same thing happens.

The biggest issue, however, is the **terrible customer service**. I have been sending emails for **two weeks now**, asking for support, but no one has responded. This is absolutely unacceptable! A company that sells such products should at least offer proper after-sales support.

I would not recommend this product to anyone due to its unreliability and the complete lack of customer support.

I bought a fantastic Powerbank (PB100) it's super cool and I have to say they provide outstanding service.

Bought a 600W battery and a 140W solar panel. Straight out of the box, when I powered on the battery - without connecting to anything - the battery started popping (small explosions), doing sparks and smelling a lot to smoke and smelling to melted electronics. I Immediately turned it of but the smell was in the house for 1 hour.

I was with a baby on my side, so this could go really really bad, with a battery catching fire. This is insane.

They immediately refunded me - thank god - , but I cannot trust a company that sells batteries that almost catch fire (on the first usage).

Habe eine Allpowsers R600 gekauft. Die erste hatte einen grellen hohen Piepton von sich gegeben. Dieser Umtausch funktionierte noch ganz gut. (Nur das die immer ein Filmchen verlagt haben und das Nin-und Hergeschreibe ewig gedauert hat)
Bei dem 2. Gerät kam nach 9 Monaten nichts mehr aus einem von beiden USB-Anschlüssen raus. Wieder Film hingemailt..gewartet...gewartet..gemahnt...nichts. Keiner mehr zu erreichen. Jetzt ist es eine Anker. Das sind Welten im Unterschied!!!

First let me say I was going to buy the 1800w inverter test and review because power goes out a lot here and we are older so we needed something for a back up. This company offered the 1800w inverter to me for review, but I made it clear I was going to give an honest review to help people like us that don't have a lot of money but can't be in the dark. So with that said. First the 100 w solar panel. THE NEGATIVE. 1 thing i saw was the American flag, as far as I know not made at all in America, so you can check for yourself, it might just mean they sell to America. However so far these people have been really nice and I told them I was going to be honest and they were fine with that. 2nd The solar panel could be a little hard if windy and you are handicapped to pop right up , but way dorable. Customer service response time was great, but shipping was a little long i think due to the shipping company not them, but still came fast. They have an app that operates the system with a few cool features, but I probably wouldn't use that much but some people will. NOW POSITIVES. WOW light weight, well made, simple to set up and even has kick stands or grommets for hanging and an attached pouch to keep the wires and all different type connectors they supply. I STRONGLY think this is a great buy and if i get the money i will buy more to add on to charge faster. The INVERTER 1800w is AMAZING. Lightweight but rugged. Easy to read board 4 yes 4 plugs that can handle a LOT and can operate several things and charge things at once including usb ports and more. The app is very simple, but could be very helpful and connected very easily. It is just wonderful and very simple to operate. You can also charge it from an outlet and it is safe for electronics. I dont give 5 stars easily but this super seeds it. I have seen other units but for the money so far I'm sold. It's AWESOME, definitely makes us feel safer. If i didn't think so I would say it. I'm gonna start testing the inverter, but if it does everything this good as it is now it's a no brainer. I'm not a professional just an old guy who needs a good set up.

I have had 4 of these units now and two with the same issues fault codes will not turn on hold a charge, one with smoke coming from the c-port the other would not hold a charge.
Spoke with Allpowers to see about getting sorted out and have none of these now I see why! Said would pay difference to upgrade to different unit as over a year old now, will not let me do it through Allpowers and get told must do it through Amazon this will cost me £200 more than through Allpowers website.
It’s nothing to do with Amazon no more as over a year, Allpowers new unit R1500 £699.99 Amazon R1500 £899.99 Its disgusting they can treat customers like this when they know the unit S700 is a faulty unit when being manufactured.
Please be careful if you buy this unit, check different manufactures that are more reliable and deal with you correctly.
