DO NOT USE ALLPOWERS - ZERO SUPPORT

I purchased an ALLPOWERS power station which failed after only a few months of normal use. The unit began randomly shutting off without warning. This made the product unreliable and raised serious safety concerns about continuing to operate it in my home. I was so concerned it was going to start a fire I had to return it.

I returned the unit under warranty as a faulty product. ALLPOWERS received the device and have now had it in their possession for months.

After the product failed so early, I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law. That refund was not provided. My device has also not been returned. The matter remains unresolved after months.

ALLPOWERS is a China-based company, with its contact details and headquarters listed in Guangzhou, China, while its Australian site appears to direct customers to email-based support rather than an Australian phone support channel.

This China-based company has not provided an acceptable remedy for an Australian consumer when its product failed early. There is no Australian contact centre I could access, no Australian phone support, and no resolution despite them still holding my device.

Australian buyers should be very cautious. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Entreprise pas du tout sérieuse

Entreprise pas du tout sérieuse. Ils ont renvoyé une batterie motier moins puissante !!! De plus, il a fallu que je bataille, que j'insiste et ai bout du compte, j'ai reçu une batterie moitié moins puissante. Pour ceux qui savent bricoler, achetez une batterie de voiture et crée des adaptateurs de prise car c'est une excellente puissance !

Habe vom Kundenservice ein defektes Gerät erhalten, war gebraucht. R4000 geht nicht an, Display schwarz.
Ebay Kundenservice kann nicht helfen.
Habe viele Nachrichten an den Kundenservice geschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten.
R4000 gekauft am 30.11.2023 mit 5 Jahren Garantie.

The ALLPOWERS R600 works well when it functions, but my experience with warranty support has been extremely disappointing.

When the unit failed under warranty, ALLPOWERS did not honour the warranty and communication was very poor.

Timeline:
• 12/01/2026: Reported battery issue; seller suggested charging fixes
• 13/01/2026: Fix did not work; followed up
• 14–18/01/2026: Repeatedly requested repair address — no response

Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller never provided a repair address or proper support.

Bottom line:
Decent product, but if it fails, don’t expect warranty help. I would not recommend based on after-sales service.

Avoid! Misleading "In Stock" info and Unilateral Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on the Allpowers EU official website . I ordered an Allpowers R2500 specifically because the website explicitly stated it was "In Stock" with a guaranteed delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Given the critical energy situation in Ukraine, timing was my top priority. I paid in full immediately. However, a few days later, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and wouldn't ship for weeks.
When I pointed out that this is a breach of EU Consumer Law (Directive 2005/29/EC regarding misleading commercial practices), instead of offering a solution, a discount, or a priority shipment, the company simply issued a unilateral refund without my consent.
This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. They use "In Stock" labels as bait to get your money, and then cancel the order when they can't fulfill their own promises. If you need a power station urgently, do not trust the stock status on this website. Very poor customer service and deceptive business practices.

REFUND PROMPTNESS WE WILL HAVE TO SEE AS I AM FORWARDING THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

The real joke is I ordered one to check it out before ordering more and the fact they discounted it the next dy by $20. Also the site is ALLPOWERS.com.au your bank will be charged from overseas China ? so look forward to an International Transaction Charge.

Order number AU268* shows a delivery status as “ on its way “.
Tracking progress through Aramex states “ The sender is now completing the final steps to prepare your parcel for pick-up. We’ll send another update when the parcel is in the hands of an Aramex courier.”
Therefore if you cannot ship the goods please arrange a refund for non supply.

Avoid Allpowers Worldwide AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Im so disappointed- Allpowers trading as Henison-AU on Amazon (have exactly same address on invoice as Allpowers direct) replaced an R2500 less than 6 months after purchase last year becasue USBC outlets stopped functioning. I bought a B1000 expansion battery March 25 - on the basis it expands capacity of R2500 (as per Allpowers AU and USA websites) from Allpowers AU - emailed Allpoer support and service as well as Henison-AU via Amazon Yesterday Henison-AU/Amazon/Allpowers told me B1000 does NOT work with R2500, and they have asked their Alpowers team to update websites/support - yet they still are selling a R2500-B1000 Combo, and offered be a $50 discount. I want a refund for the B1000 as it is virtually useless by itself. Allpowers have stopped responding to emails. I just wish I had tested after I bought B1000, but because I saw multiple youtube reviews of R2500 and B1000 working together, and also owning multiple VTOMAN and VoltX power stations (cycling them to keep batteries in good health). I would have done an Amex chargeback - I may still do this if it is possible as well as contact ACCC. I actually sent all email asking why they produce an Expansion Battery which does NOT work with their power stations - what a joke! Naturally they haven't responded Checkout ALLPOWERS AU website! Still on sale!
Also if you post anything on their Facebook pages Worldwide, they remove it is it is true and honest and event slightly negative

Autonome et résilient

Grace à Allpowers je suis autonome en électricité depuis plus d'un an ! J'ai investi dans la R4000 et je ne regrette pas. Une technologie fiable et des panneaux solaires flexibles qui chargent super bien. J'ai pris le code promo de Bernard Le Prévoyant (Tiktok)

Achtung, Betrüger am Werk

Ich habe bei ebay einen Artikel gekauft. Leider ist dieser nie bei mir angekommen. Ich habe alle Dokumente die mir von Allpowers zugeschickt wurden ausgefüllt und unterschrieben ( eidesstattliche Erklärung für/von DPD) bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung bekommen und das Unternehmen behauptet, die Ware wäre mit DHL Express versendet worden, was schlichtweg Gelogen ist. (Nachweislich)

Poor product and Non-existent customer support

After experiencing unexpected and random power cuts on my new R600 station, even though it indicated that the battery was still at 30% charge, sometimes 40%, I contacted customer support by email (it was not possible to call them directly) and they asked me to film the fault to see how the battery was working. I replied that it was impossible to film this kind of random failure, which could happen at any time (unless I filmed it 24 hours a day). Second reply: exactly the same. It was like talking to a chatbot. I tried a third explanation: same reply.

Conclusion: avoid Allpowers, go for Renogy or Bluetti instead, who have good customer service (I also bought stations from them).

So now I'm stuck with this R600 station, which is under warranty but unreliable and can shut down at any time. A big financial loss and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

I bought a AP-SS-007-UK power station…

I bought a AP-SS-007-UK power station 18 months ago when the reviews were a lot better, so when I had an issue with the solar charging I was worried if it would get sorted.
I saw most of the issues with negative feedback were customer service related but I can assure you I had nothing but good to report.
Contact was swift and emails replied to, I was asked to send an image of the issue, and a brief explanation, which I did.
They told me that a replacement would be sent out as soon as they received the faulty one. It was and a new one was received 6 days after the initial coms......great work Allpowers

Terrible,..

Terrible,... Bien reçu à l'origine, contents, puis au bout d'un mois : disfonctionnement. Un disjoncteur interne semble avoir sauté, impossible d'y accéder, le reset ne fonctionne pas et aucun soutien du support client,... Ils nous on demandé en boucle de leur faire une vidéo explicative, faite puis envoyée la seule réponse est : "charger sur secteur, allumer et éteindre le générateur et voir si ça change", bien sûr que nous l'avons fait et cela n'a rien fait. Après silence radio,... de l'argent jeté par la fenêtre,...

Escroquerie

J'ai passé un commande le 26 mai 2025 et à ce jour le 12/09/2025 je n'ai toujours pas reçu la station électrique R1500 qui faisait partie de ma commande.
A chaque relance la réponse était toujours identique : surplus de commande, difficulté d'approvisionnement Maintenant je n'obtient plus de réponse.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I bought the S200 kit + 60W solar panels, they only sent me the panels without letting me know that the S200 model was out of stock. After I contacted them, they recommended adding €60 for the R600 model. I ordered it, but it arrived and it wasn't compatible with the panels I had previously purchased. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend it.

Esperienza pessima, compro il kit S200 + pannelli solari da 60w, mi spediscono solo i pannelli senza avvertire che il modello S200 fosse terminato, dopo che li contatto mi consigliano di aggiungere 60 euro per il modello R600, lo prendo mi arriva e non è compatibile con i pannelli precedentemente presi. servizio clienti pessimo. sconsiglio

Estafadores

Estafadores , irresponsables y unos ineptos.
Compré un pack estación portátil +panel solar 100w
La estación portátil llegó rápido y sin problemas
Pero sin el panel solar. Les reclamo , al cabo de 3 correos pidiendo explicaciones me contestan que les consta que fue entregado al día siguiente de recibir la estación.
No solo no fue entregado , sinó que se quedaron tan anchos y ni siquiera atienden los correos
Voy a la policía para presentar la denuncia debido a su nula atención, me dicen que les exiga el comprobante de la entrega: la compañía de la entrega junto con la firma y n⁰ de dni del receptor ( necesarios para validar la entregas )
Son tan sinvergüenzas que ni siquiera atienden a los requisitos LEGALES .

Don’t Be Fooled by the 5-Year Warranty – They Won’t Honor It

I purchased this power station with high hopes, expecting it to be a reliable backup for camping and emergencies. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing.

After just over a year of light use, the display screen began to malfunction—making it impossible to see charging or battery levels. Within another six months, the entire unit completely stopped working and would not power on at all.

What’s worse, although the product claims to come with a 5-year warranty, the customer service has been unresponsive and outright refused to offer repair or replacement. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful support—just vague replies and delays until they stopped replying altogether.

This is unacceptable for a product in this price range, especially one marketed as long-lasting and supported by a generous warranty. Based on my experience, the warranty is meaningless, and the product’s lifespan is far too short.

Avoid this brand unless you're prepared to lose your investment in less than two years. There are more reliable alternatives with better after-sales support.
