Awesome company, fantastic service
Allsole is an awesome company, with amazing deals and great value for money, and some serious savings on big brands. My last purchase saved me almost a third of the brands RRP.
The service is fantastic as well with excellent communication. I was notified instantly of my order, which was placed at night, and then updated the next morning when it shipped and provided with tracking. It was delivered the next day! Just 2 working days, and I didn't pay extra for express postage or anything. The boots arrived in perfect condition, including the box which was awesome as they were a gift, thanks to the care in packing them. Honestly, I couldn't find fault with this company even if I wanted to. I can 100% recommend Allsole without any reservations whatsoever.

Thank you for your response. However, I must express my disappointment with the outcome and the reasoning provided.
While I appreciate the apology, I find the explanation that this issue is due to "wear and tear" to be both dismissive and disingenuous. The fault in the shoes is not consistent with standard wear but rather suggests a manufacturing defect or poor-quality materials. I take good care of my footwear, and I had reasonable expectations of durability based on the price and brand reputation.
To have an issue arise within such a timeframe and be told that no action can be taken is incredibly frustrating and undermines consumer trust in Allsole and the Birkenstock product. It gives the impression that once an item leaves the warehouse, the customer is left without meaningful support — regardless of how legitimate the issue may be.
While I note that the complaint has been logged, I would appreciate a more appropriate resolution, whether that be a partial refund, replacement, or store credit — rather than a generic apology and a closed case.
I hope your team will reconsider this matter in good faith and uphold the level of customer service your brand claims to value.

Two weeks.. still waiting
Two weeks ago, I placed my second order with Allsole. It has yet to arrive, I have now had a week of platitudes from "customer service", with no evidence of progress.
The first order took a similarly long time to arrive, and again only after intervention. I should have learned.
Very unlikely to order again given the failures experienced.
