I'm so sorry the item arrived damaged but this is the first we are hearing of this.
Your item was ordered on the 30th and it was signed for 2 days later.
Obviously we got the item to you very quickly but unfortunately damage can happen in transit through no fault of our own.
We use UPS 24 hour service but once it leaves us we are in their hands, despite having custom made packaging and boxes. We rarely have damages in transit but occasionally it can happen.
Our job then is to get the item back from yourself (at no cost to you) and have it replaced as quickly as possible.
However, you didn't contact us when you received the item to let us know of any damage so we could put this right for you.
I would really have liked to have the opportunity to put this right and restore your faith in our company.
Please can you send me photos of the damage and let me know when we can collect this from you so we can repair and return it. Once back with us, we will have it repaired and sent out within 2 working days.

Ordered over a weekend and received the following Tuesday afternoon.
