great service
great service. quick delivery. item was exactly as presented on the website. only downside was that the delivery person left the package outside my door without it being signed for. luckily i got home shortly after and so it was fine, but it could have easily been stolen. this was down to UPS though instead of the store, but very poor.

Great customer service
The delivery was delayed due to post strikes. However, every effort was made to rectify the situation with temporary alternatives offered. Customer service was great. Delivery finally arrived and the present was very much appreciated.

excellent delivery times and helpful staff
rang from northern Ireland and not sure if the required item would be delivered before Christmas due to the postal strikes but was delighted when the item arrived the Monday before Christmas. Good communication with order desk and quick and easy to order from.
