Carmen helped resolve my case

Gracias por el buen servicio, Esmeralda.

Scam company, somehow signed up when paying for car parking online. Took money from my account without my knowledge, be very careful!

Thank you Eric for listening to a disgruntled customer and allowing the refund. Thank you for understanding.

The support (Casillas) has been very helpful to me once we figured out that I have been a victim of scamming by someone. They have been most kind.

Good Customer Support by Kai

Good customer service from Ms. Paula

Gracias.

tuve una respuesta grata de MARC,

This company is a scam. It's linked in with another company called forhairloves. By following a link on social media to buy a bag, money was debited with no mention of the bag. Both companies then play innocent. Coincidentally their email design is identical...

Customer service was great
Nela was very helpful
