This is the worst online store I have ever came across in 20 years of online shopping. This is more than bad quality it is an outright scam to ripoff anyone and everyone that buys anything from this store. This man is using paypal to rip people off and has no problem doing it. He is making good money by being a bad seller. I ordered a robot vacuum and thought better of it and cancelled, by email within one hour of impulse buying this item. It was shipped and the money taken out of Paypal. I opened a dispute and it has been escalated to the seller selling "counterfeit merchandise". I will give them any proof they ask for and hopefully receive a refund which I deserve and so does anyone who has bought from this scammer. I want to help shut them down and that is more important than the refund at this point.

This company is scamming its customers by sending out a fake robot vacuum that’s just a toy from the dollar store.
Do not buy anything from this retailer or any similar retailer advertising on Facebook ...
They also change their company name but try to sell the same cheap robotic vacuum cleaner online.

Total scam. Do not buy the robot vacuum. They will send you a totally different robot vacuum, a piece of junk that does not have any the features mentioned on the website. And then they will only refund you your money after you send it back to them at your expense. Total scam !!!!

Yes, got the V5s PRO today... NOT!! Its a crappy so-called Robot Cleaner. Dont work at all. Total SCAM!! :-(

These are Chinese scammers, plain and simple. They advertise a high tech “Roomba" clone and send you a toy that runs on 6 AA Batteries. If you ordered through PayPal, contact them for a refund immediately.

I was silly enough to order a remote, robot vacuum cleaner that was supposed to mop and hoover. What arrived is a plastic toy run by batteries, no remote. Definitely not able to mop as it does not have that ability, I doubt that it can clean as it has a weird timing dial that lifts the whole unit away from the floor. Completely different to what the advertisement showed.

Pls don’t buy the items from this website. No matter whether you pay via PayPal still you will be in loss. This Chinese seller is crap and cheater. Pls don’t fall In To this trap. BIG CHEATER, THIEVES, ROBBERS . Please DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. YOU LOOSE MONEY.

PayPal India also look like fake and they are not up to mark. When I was in London I never faced such issues with PayPal and dispute centre is helpful and try to resolve. PayPal say buyer protection but I don’t think it’s true in India.

Should be zero stars if I could! It's a total scam! Sends you a cheap "robot" vacuum. Seems like a toy to me. Doesn't work, doesn't move, doesn't pick up anything. When I received the package i already knew it was bad because it didn't weigh anything. Upon opening it up, I now know why it was light...its plastic and has no motor to run the thing. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT BUY. I just emailed them, I'm hoping to get my money back, if not I will be contacting my bank and reporting them.

I purchased a product from them, paid and have never received the product. They ignore emails and FB messages but yet continue to be allowed to advertise on Facebook and the internet. They've been reported but no joy.. Are FB getting a cut from all the scams??

If you order some real product they send some garbage product, And then PayPal will tell you if you want your money then send couriers to china to seller from USA which is most of the times expensive then the product cost.

PayPal is aware of it, I have sent multiple email, still they have not black listed those sellers,

Why should we send something to seller when you never receive your product, if a seller knowingly send you some garbage then its sellers fault.

It's a scam, they will send you different product than you order and ask you to send that garbage back to get your money and fell like PayPal is equally involved in all this kind of scam .

THIS COMPANY IS SELLING UNDER A VARIOUS NAMES AND SHOULD E TRACKED BY INTERPOL.

I fell for the vacuum scam too, but received a refund from paypal after presenting this site, as well as the link to allwayshop's returns policy stating that items under $70 generally do not need to be returned.

Hopefully paypal has blacklisted the company now...

This site is SCAM! I purchased e V5s robot vacuum cleaner and receive a $5 crapy plastic toy on batteries. Do not buy!
At least Paypal claim the case in my favor, so I receive my refund.

Do not buy from them!! Total scam. Vacuum is not even as pictured.

I also fell for the vacuum scam! 🙁
